RTL12X2D is the latest loaded subwoofer enclosure from MTX. Utilizing the RTL series subwoofers, this dual 12" enclosure is designed to deliver extreme amounts of bass that you feel in your body. The enclosure is constructed using sturdy Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) providing a solid structure that can withstand the loudest bass notes. The enclosure uses a side firing super slot port allowing for increased SPL when placed against the side of a vehicle's interior. The enclosures final impedance is 2ohms and has an RMS rating of 250-500W and 1000W peak power. The enclosures cosmetic features include a gloss black baffle that compliments the flat black of the subwoofers and the black aviation carpet. The RTL12X2D is a great subwoofer solution for anyone that is looking to put some bump in their trunk.

Boom for your Buck
I have owed alot of subs since my first car in 1987, from MTX to JL audio etc,ect... I must say this box hits pretty hard!! I have a 1000 watt Kenwood amp pushing this thing, and my entire car shakes!!!! I'm not even using the bass boast on my amp, and the sensitivity is only at half way!!! If you're on a tight budget and you are looking to drive people crazy at stop lights, then i highly recomend this box!! Be sure to have a decent size amp though!!!!
