Power Acoustik TS1440-2

Nice amp, great price.

I bought this amp to power my first subwoofer setup. This thing is pushing 2 Infinity Kappa Perfect 10" DVC subs and it sounds awesome. They're only 10" subs and they hit really hard. The blue lightning on the amp looks really sweet if you have a way to show it off. Whenever i show it off with the light, it gets compliments. Only drawback is that the inputs are on two different sides - can be annoying for intstallation. But nevertheless it was money well spent.

Better than expected

I bought this amp to power 3 JL 10W6V1s. It did a nice job of powering them until a couple of the output capacitors blew. I finally got around to replacing them and the amp works like new again. I've replaced this with a Crossfire amp and have had no problems with it, but wouldn't hesitate to buy another Power Acoustik amp since the prices are so reasonable for the output they provide.

I bought amplifier thinking it wasn't going to live up to it's hype...Man, was I wrong! This amp has power!!! The electrical sphere is also plus, I'm always getting comments... I'm getting another one, real soon!

Excellent Product And return policy!

When I bought this product to replace my original amplifier I noticed right away it had a very nice luring design as well as a surprising wattage output. After installing it (loosely) it had really loud hits on my MTX 12in sub. However I sense I unknowingly lazily installed the power wire I blew a internal power fuse. So I sent it in to be fixed only have to pay the expense of shipping. After getting it back I didn't take any chances and bought a capacitor. Just remember, this is a lot of wattage, my lights would dim from this thing so take precautions, and overall this is a great buy!

good product

When I considered this amp I was a little hesitant because I didnt know if it would put out the power I need but it runs my two audiobahns that are 700 watts rms perfectly and it actually runs them better than my old 1600 watt amp. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a good product at a resonably low price. And the lighting effects on the amp are pretty cool too because they go with the bass.

the power acoustik

at first i was hestitant to purchase this product because power acoustik is more renound for their capacitors. after purchasing the amp and installing it into my system( 2 12" JL audio W6 in a sealed box) it was much better than i expected. the remote is a great accessory because when listening to rock music you can turn the bass down, but when listening to rap you can blast the bass. the blue light on the amp looks great and adds a show-like look to your car. overall this product was awesome.
