I wanted to add an amplifier to my stock sound system in my 2005 Nissan Titan for a sub woofer. The PAC AOEM-NIS2 was very simple to install, and I was able to get clean signal to my amplifier without having to cut or tap into any speaker leads. The visually stock system draws no attention to would-be thieves.
Take this advice from me, spend a little, save time on your installation, and keep the stock wiring harness intact!

Great unit to add on to your Nissan. This unit can be added onto the Amplifier on your original car audio head unit, make the sound rock. I love this unit because it can let me modify the audio output without cutting the original Nissan speaker wire.

Works great, does exactly what it is meant to do. No problems. Setting the gain for each channel via the small pots through the holes in the enclosure is not my favorite thing.

If you want to keep the factory look and add an after market amp and sub, The PAC units are the way to go, easy to install plug and play, took me 5 minutes from start to finish Just unplug the factory harness and plug in the PAC unit in between, 2 clean sets of RCA's, you only need to use 1 butt connector for the remote turn on. and that's it.
I only use the rear pre-amps because I am installing a small amp and subwoofer in my Maxima and want the factory look.

I started having trouble with my Bose Sub Woofer and when I started pricing them to replace it I found them to be over priced. I looked into after market and found the prices to be more reasonable. The best thing is now that I have the PAC AOEM my system is totally ready for my future upgrades.
