Works well.
Even has buttons for voice command and also bluetooth hands free call pick up/ hang up.
But since its IR technology, the signal gets weak when sunlight hits the controller or the screen of the navi directly.

I was going to wire my factory steering controls into my head unit. This unit allowed me to do the same thing without all the hassle, plus the remote is removable so no need for a second remote.
