A really good amp at a really good price.

I've had this amp powering a pair of the Polk Audio db-6550 component 2-way speakers in the factory door locations of my Silverado extra cab for more than two years now, and it has never failed to perform flawlessly. The 2 channel/4 ohm power has always been more than enough, and I like to ROCK! The only time that this amp will get warm to the touch is when I'm really wringing it's neck, but it has never tripped the protection circuitry.
The Crunch brand is the entry-level lineup of the HiFonics brand and although they're priced as "starter" units, they're anything but beginner-level or cheap.
I play a lot of hard-driving rock and alternative, I'm constantly going further in pushing the power and volume envelope, and the amp has never disappointed me. I recommend it.

Pop'ed a 1000w/rms with it

Packaged Nice and clean, showed up in 5 days! great adjustments on it, worked so well it popped my Orion 10 1000w..... good reason to get new 12's :) I recommend it!!

Good amp

I just purchased this amp from sonic and for the price... Its an amazing deal, Im running it 2channel to 2 10'' subs and it pounds, i tried running it bridged just to see what it can do and it does have some power, but it gets hot real quick when its bridged. But 250watts x 2 is good enough to power 2 12's atleast!!

Decent output.

Using this amp with a single kicker cvr 12 inch 2 ohm wired in series and bridging the amp to a 450 watt total output. It pushes the kicker very nice, and the bass is very loud. There may be some better for sound quality but with the kicker amp being more for pure bass it works nice. It was very easy to install and has many adjustment options and i was able to set the gains on it to 40v (400watts rms), fairly easily, without turning the gain up past even 70%.

Awesome amp! I have this pushing 2 10" kickers and the hit hard. I have the amp mounted under my seat and it still has not overheated. Sounds very clean and i am very impressed with Crunch as a brand, I will purchase more of their product in the future. The led on it is bright and looks good.

Very Good

The crunch amps are very good quality for their price. They have a automatic protection mode that shuts it off when it gets too hot. So it saves itself. This amp also has a good amount of power, you can use it to power to smaller sub woofers or one big one.
