  • Multi-Amplifier Synchronization System (MASS) Pioneer's proprietary Multi-Amplifier Synchronization System (MASS) technology allows one amplifier (the master) to control the settings of other amplifiers when two or more amps are “strapped” together.
    • Eliminates the need to adjust each amplifier gain separately.
  • Massive 1/0 Gauge Power/Ground Terminals
  • Dynamic Amplifier Protection (DAP): A specialized protection circuitry protects the amplifiers from failing. The amps automatically reconfigure themselves based on output signal level. DAP ensures the utmost in unit reliability and efficiency.
  • Subsonic Filter: Allows you to easily remove power-robbing frequencies below the tuning of your subwoofer/enclosure. The subsonic is set at 20Hz with a steep 24dB/Octave rolloff for optimal effect.
  • Variable Low-pass Crossover (40-240Hz): lets you set the levels at which higher-frequency signals will be filtered out, so that the remaining lower-frequency signals get sent to your sub(s).
  • Variable Bass Boost: 0-12 dB with an adjusted tuning frequency from 40 to 120Hz.

I have had this amp for little over a year and it works like a champ, I have never had any problems over heating or anything. Its powering an orion hcca 15 and it slams.

'im running 2 CVX-15 4ohm speakers parallel bridged in my 07' Avalanche ported box built to speaker spec. according to kicker. I'm using a Pioneer PRS-D2000SPL 4000 Watt amp which rates at 2000RMS at 1 ohm. Which is the perfect combination for this set up seeing how my speakers rate at 1000RMS at 1 ohm. Plenty off power out of this amp to do the job. I had the box custom built and everything was professionally installed. Very crisp clean sound that's suitable for soft elegant bass but can be cranked up using its bass control knob when listening to hard rock or rap.

very good bass. everything i expect. but larger speakers a required. i have the 4000 watt amp and two 10" 2500 watt premiere subs and can only turn it up half way. if you purchace this amp, also purchase high powered subs.not a single rpoblem since i bought it. thank you
