Nice
Easy to use & install, comes with it's own relay & color to color wire connection. All of you're chimes will change a little bit (blinker, seat belt warning, door opening) etc. This wasn't a big deal to me but it my be for you. The blinker is a completely different sound & the others are similar to the og chime. This also has a volume adjustment for the chimes themselves. Installed this harness in my 09 Impala ss & my friend's 11 Silverado. Wish I didn't need it but it works great!

Scosche is Good
I like this unit better than the PAC unit. They both work fine but the PAC unit chimes were too load for me.

Hmm
Used to make door chimes and blinker noise ect work with aftermarket stereo in 11' chevy express work van. Product works but speaker sounds like junk.

The fact you have to have this for an after market stereo is a little ridiculous but works great...

Needed part
I own a newer GMC pick up truck and wanted to replace the basic stock radio with an after market NAV radio. This part is needed to receive turn signal tones and basic chiming for the vehicle. The directions made it easy to install.

Works & sounds okay, but no "Door Lock" chime
I installed this interface in my 2010 Chevy Impala (without Bose nor OnStar, former rental vehicle), with a Pioneer FH-X700BT head unit. The blinker "click" is totally different, but I kinda like it. Door chimes and other sounds are fine. However, one disappointment is that there is no chime when I hit the door lock button - the stock system dings 2 or 3 times when this button is pressed. As a result, the rating will be lower.
