Power Acoustik THIN-13BX

This subwhoofer is great! It hits hard in my single cab truck. In a bigger vehicle, it probably won't be as effective but in a small space, it puts out a great amount of bass and sounds great. I'm really glad I bought it.

Sub

It is an ok product. The bad thing is the hard plastic cover on the sub rattles when it hits. I'm only pushing 350 watts I thought that would be ok, but it's not. About 100 watt amp would be perfect so it won't rattle.

Awesome Setup

I have been using this in my single cab GMC pick up and have been so impressed. Hits very hard and is very durable. I have been so happy with it that I will never hesitate to buy another Power Acoustik product.

I bought this sub cause it was the only one thin enough and I was very skeptical about the brand and just about it being so thin but it actually hits pretty hard. I'm very happy with it and it definitely surpassed my expectations. Givin it 340 watts rms (@ 4 ohms) from a JL amp.

Awesome for those limited on space!

This is my 2nd box, i sold my other superduty and bought another and put the same sub and amp combo in it. This fits behind the seat on the new crew cabs with the power sliding window. The jack will neeed to be moved and a piece of the carpet trimmed but it fits quite nicely with the amp right next to it. Fills out the sound very nicely, added indash dvd player and 4 pioneer 6x8's in the doors and rear cab.

I would definitely recommend this sub for anyone with limited space (standard cab pickup truck) ive had mine for six months in my 89 f150 and it stills sounds and looks new! Some may be weary that it isnt as big a name as alpine or kicker but this thing KICKS! Im most likely going to order another one for my other truck!

limited market

This product is great if you have a small confined space you are trying to fit and want to add some bass. If you are looking to just round out your system with good bass this will work. If you are looking for a thump or hard hit this is not the right choice. It is however a great product and sounds very good. I would recommend this more for a family ride (hopefully that makes sense to you).

Great sub for sigle cab pickup

Purchased for my 72 GMC truck because of the thin box design. I wanted a box that would easily fit behind the seats with no interference and it fits perfectly. Powering with 310 watts RMS and this thing thumps hard in a small space. Sounds great! I would recommend this to anyone who has limited space.
