Rockford Fosgate Punch P162S

Underrated

My brother owns these speakers and they are what they say punch! the bass is reasonable for their size but the clarity of these speakers are what you need to buy them for. Hooking these up to the right amp or headunit is the key to get all that you can out of these speakers. The s/n dB rating on these is alil low in the description, these speakers turn little power it loud music. If you like cruising with the windows down so ppl hear what you're playing these are what you need to get. With these ppl can defly hear what you play loud and clear.

Versatile Good sounding speakers

I had these in the front dash of My Jeep Wrangler and they were pretty decent speakers. For the price and quality, go with these over the T162S. Newer Rockford stuff is just not the same as it used to be.

I MUST SAY I WAS A LITTLE SCARED ABOUT BUYING THESE BUT, WOW THEY GET THE JOB DONE AND SOME. VERY CLEAN DESIGN PLUS I LIKE HOW IT GIVES YOU THE OPTION ON HAVING TWO OUTSIDE TWEETERS OR ONE OR NONE. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY SOUND IN A BIG OPEN SPACE BUT IN A SMALL SPACE LIKE MY ECLIPSE WOW!! BUT I DO RECOMMEND HAVING THEM HOOKED UP TO AN AMP SO THAT YOU CAN REALLY GET THE FULL EFFECT OUT OF THE OVERALL IT REALLY IS A A+ BUY

Amazing

Ok i just got these yesterday and they are amazing. I wasn't to sure what to expect considering i haven't owned any rockford fosgate products in the past. I am a believer now. They hit hard and the dual tweeters make crystal clear highs. I would also check into the JL audio before you make a decision. You can't go wrong with these though. They get a 3 on durability only because i have had them a day

These are something, I've never had a good speaker before, then I had a huge improvement coming to these... They are truly great they come with 2 tweeters per speaker which is great cause u can settle them the way u like to, u can have more in front or some on the top to hear kind of a spacial sound, they have a great sound fidelity, this is something that impressed me, but i´m pushing them with a 450.4 Punch, and I think its too much for them, but lets see. If u want something great as always fosgate is the best for the lowest price. Go for it U won't regret!

Good sound

I had these hooked up to my pioneer amp in my jetta and was pretty impressed with the sound of them. Have been a fan of fosgate products after that though. The only speakers i like more then these are there power sieries counterpart, or blaupunkts that are installed in my f150
