Great speakers
I bought a pair of these to use in a homemade boom-box project I was working on. I'd never heard of M/A Audio before and bought them because the price was good. I figured if they didn't sound too good it was no big deal because they were cheap. I WAS WRONG!! These speakers sound GREAT. Decent bass for 5 1/4's, the mid's are superb and the tweeter are crisp. I'm running them off of a cheap 240x 4-ch Jensen amp (and I mean CHEAP!) and they sound absolutely AWESOME!! I also used an M/A Audio DVC sub and ran the 3rd and 4th channel to it. It sounds awesome as well! I'm really sold on M/A Audio. Excellent products! The only negative I can say is that the crossover is a bit big and bulky. But it looks sweet so I don't really care! :)

These speakers are great! Easy to install, crossovers are a little big but it's not that big of a deal. Good bass, clear highs from tweeters. Great Overall Value!

Decent product, the quality of the woofers and tweeters were okay. the crossover did not come with instructions and it is VERY large. I opted to run an active setup instead of using the oversized crossover.

Ownership time: 3 weeks
Pros: Cost, the quality is better than what I had expected for the price. The multi-amp expandability within the crossover is a really nice feature for people who plan to expand their installations later. The tweeters are crisp and clear, no distortion heard yet. The extra installation pieces are nice; the set comes with flush mount and pod mount pieces for the tweeters.
Cons: Low power handling, and the woofers dont really thump like some higher end mids (I only deduct maybe 1/2 a point for this? A mid is a mid not a sub, so I can't really expect it to boom). The crossover size is a little larger than normal, hard to tuck away in a door pocket. Discontinued product from the manufacturer. It was very hard (Almost impossible) to look up some manufacturer's specifications as their website is also under construction.
Overall: A decent buy for a great product.

speakers have great sound and easy to install although crossovers are rather large and did not like the way the grills are designed but overall a great product and would recommend.

They sound ok, but not what I'd expect from components. You save yourself a headache by just buying higher end coaxials. They sound just as good.
Installing them was a huge pain cause of their huge crossovers. There is no reason they should be that big.
I'd say this would be good for people just starting out. But other then that I wouldn't recommend them.

These speakers handle high power very well. The included crossover is huge and mine came with a broken wire that had to be resoldered. The terminals on the speakers are also spade type. I expected push in for this level of speaker.

its okay not the loudest, it screams but not like their HK woofers and the crossovers were too bulky.

Awesome component speaker system. Nice power handling and great design. Punchy lows and crystal clear mids and highs. The tweeters are very nice and have good mounting hard ware. Only concern is the Cross-overs they are a little bulky but they look nice if you can find a place to put it.
