Well, the brilliant minds at Roland started by implementing a whole new sensor mechanism for more accurate triggering, and then gave them stylish, slick brushed metal finishes! The 12" PD-125X (Brushed Metal) mesh-head V-Pad offers Roland’s cutting edge dual-triggering technology, which means even more accurate sensing between the head and rim. With the addition of the the TD-20 Percussion Sound Module, the PD-125X also offers rim shot functionality on the toms — even including the actual rim click sound.
