Great Unit for the price, I replaced my OEM radio in my Toyota 2003 4Runner with this unit and have been very pleased. The radio itself is an upgrade over the standard radio for sound quality and when you add the GPS and HD radio feature it quickly justified the price. The SD card reader locks up ever now and then but is much better than using an ipod. The only thing this radio doesn't have is the ability to change the background color to better match up with the rest of the dash. Other than that I have no gripes with it. I highly recommend it.

I've had this for a few months now and really like the system. Initially, the GPS software was outdated from Gate5, which Audiovox stopped using about a year ago. After talking with the Audiovox VP for customer service, they refunded the $90 I spent on buy the current Horizon Navmate s/w.
Sonic customer service was GREAT in offering to fully refund my money if Audiovox didn't come through. (CUDOs to you!!!!)
So, the system. Bluetooth is great, although I notice it's output volume is a little low. The unit does allow for individually adjusting the volumes for each of the subsystems (SAT, DVD, IPOD, USB, BT, Radio, HD, etc.) NICE feature.
DVD playing is great. I've been watching The Last Waltz by The Band... very nice!
Backup camera feature is perfect as well. However, if the unit is set to auto dim, the backup view is very hard to see. So, at night I have to cancel the auto dim in order to clearly see the backup camera.
Audio out quality is very good... nice coverage across the spectrum. Often I only play it at 30-40 % of max volume. External IPOD, USB port works great. Only drawback is you don't get full menu control from the unit... need to still use the IPOD for detailed menus. This is mostly just an inconvenience.
Memory features are good. Plenty of memory slots for the AM/FM/HD radio. Also 18 memory slots for SAT channels.
SAT XM is good; however, would like to see scrolling capability rather than the song/artist section being limited to 20 some characters.
Screen human factors is generally good, some of the scroll bars are kinda small for my fingers.
GPS - it is possible to run other GPS software on the system with one drawback... the gps audio instructions don't work. (this is REALLY being picky)
Overall, I really like the system for the price. Other systems with all that this unit has cost about $300-600 MORE, depending on brand. If you really need GPS audio, then the only drawback I would focus on is that the Horizon Navmate software is OK... not the greatest, but definately not the worst. The rest of the unit you'll be VERY pleased with. Overall 4.5

Altogether I think this is a great unit. The fact that i can hook up additional screens is a miracle maker for long trips with the kids. The navagation is good and the dvd function is just awesome. It was very easy to install and it works great.

I have ordered from Sonic Electronix from the past, and I will to continue to order from them, because they have great prices, and great service. When looking for car audio, this is the first and only place you should look at.
