Brutus: The King of D-Super
When it comes to class D monoblock amplifiers, Brutus amplifiers are truly the king of D class. Brutus BXI amps are considered some of the best amplifiers in the world and the new Super-D Class Brutus amplifiers reinforce that. The D-Class digital chip-set technology produces extremely efficient, low temperature, and a high amplification system resulting in a smooth digital to analog conversion with low distortion. The amplifiers stable at 4, 2, and 1 Ohm(s). All in all, that means that the amp will produce more output with less stress on the car's battery and charging system.

when i get these amp i had it running my hifonics olympus olm2415 it had replaced a borrowed alpine msr-500/1 and the difference in going from that alpine to this hifonics was the bass was some much cleaner and clear...i was running stock alt and batt so i know i wasnt getting no where near the rated output but i noticed that the alpine hit alot harder but this amp was alot cleaner...then i found out 1 of my coils had burnt out so i got a Memphis mojo and this amp with that sub destroy like 3 boxes(1 homemade and 2 prefab vented boxes)...there's nuthin bad i can say about this amp good clean bass reliable never over heats nor cut off make sure you have 1/0 gag and a extra battery to get the true potential of this amp ....SURE THERES BETTER BUT FOR THIS PRICES ITS WORTH IT

I bought this amp for my two kicker l5 12s and it puts out a lot of power. This amp also takes a lot of power. I have a 105 amp alternator and a 3 farad cap and it still drops the voltage to 11 something. The subs are able to move the doors about a quarter inch. I have owned this amp for about three months and have never had a problem. even after playing the system at full blast for about a minute the amp is barely warm at all. I highly recommend this amp.

I heard some mixed reviews that this amp is overrated. So I took it to a local shop to be tested. At 14.4 volts it was on the money. He dropped it to 13.8 volts & at 4 ohms 634 watts rms, at 2 ohms 1242 watts rms, and at 1 ohm 1896 watts rms. Not bad for a $275 dollar amp. It does its rated at 14.4 which is where they test them. I have mine running 2 Alpine Type R 1022D's @ 2 ohms and they pound...Highly recommend this amp if your on a budget
