Kicker 6x9's
I did not notice a huge difference in sound. These are great however if you need to protect your speakers from the weather. Its better to pay your dues now and protect your speakers than buy a new set.

good but pretty pricey
Didn't end up installing these. They are a bit overpriced for what they are. I could see them helping protect from water but I doubt they will improve speaker quality.

Great way to protect your deck speakers from bass.
They are foam, deep for deep-mount speakers (due to a large basket or magnet), and a great way to protect your rear deck speakers from being beat on by a subwoofer. They seem to channel some extra sound from the rear deck as well. I used them on a set of Kicker CS 6x8" components. You'll only have to make a small hole in the side for the wires to pass through and mount the speaker atop of them. Done!

Sounds Great
Installed these with my kenwood 6X9 and they sound great i have subs in the trunk, running with a 1100 rms kenwood amp and a 600 watt kenwood amp, and they make them louder would recommend to any one.

Great Value and great performance!!!
This a great and inexpensive way to better the sound in the cabin. I have subwoofers in the trunk and after installing these there's no more preassure interference in the sound.

Good quality for the price.
I bought these to protect my back deck speakers from the wind presssure of my t212. They kinda kill the bass but if your buying these it should be for why i did lol..or to water proof..... O.o
