Clock shows --:-- in the top right and cannot be set. This is a known issue by Kenwood.
Bluetooth for the phone is almost unusable because the other person will hear horrible noise and echo. You wont hear any problems, but they will complain, trust me. This is also a known issue with Kenwood, apparently for ALL of their head units with Bluetooth. My friend has a different Kenwood from September 2012 and his does this too.
The GPS is Garmin which is nice.
This does not come with a remote control, but you can get one for it.
This unit is a 6.1". Im trading up to a Pioneer AVH-X8500BHS which is 7" and has detachable face plate and (I'm sure/hoping/etc) the Bluetooth will be usable.

The DNX570HD is a upgrade system from the Kenwood I return because it would freeze up. The new model freezes up, but has a reset button. The unit will not allow me to change channels, turn down volume and drops calls on blue tooth. To unpredictable and takes to long to turn on.

This is a great unit. Installation into a 2008 Ford Explorer was a simple job. The controls and touch screen make navigation and basic operations simple and easy. The touch screen incorporates "swipe" usage.
The only problems with this unit is the lack of screen displays that can be easily changed. It is a complete task to up load an image and then the CLOCK is a 1/4 inch in the top right corner of the display making it out of view for the driver. They should have a software toggle that would allow the clock to be the screen saver or at least larger. The manufacturer does not seem to care when you call them.

found this helpful.I bought my Kenwood unit in February. It is now October and it has been in the shop more than it has been in my truck. Kenwood's customer service seems unconcerned.
