Not sure what else to say other than it works. I wanted to ad a subwoofer to my factory system and this did the trick.

Everything NVX is quality.

I'm a big fan of NVX products now. I owned this so I didn't have to change the stock hi in my scion tc. I eventually uprgades but this allowed me to have a subwoofer while my headunit had no RCAs. Clean and worked well.

great for the price

I bought this item about a month ago and i really like the product. I have had no distortion from my subs. Getting the grounds right and setting up the wires was a small task, but well worth it. I never even adjusted the output frequency on the channels and they sound great.

Stop looking around - this one is perfect!

I used this converter to add an amplifier to a factory M-Benz audio system. It's running of oem subwoofer speaker wires and feeding a Rockford Fosgate amp with two 8" subs. The system sounds great and this converter has been working flawlessly.

I shopped around before buying - this one has my vote because of its compact size, high input power, amplifier turn on trigger, and adjustable gain output - all nice features to have for a clean install and ability to tune your system.

The only negative I can think of is the very bright red LED power on indicator, which can be a positive if you get creative with placing this item.

Simple, cheap, effective

I bought a new 2013 Sonata SE in October and was not happy at all with the factory system, mainly because at 70mph on the freeway I couldn't hear the stereo very good even at max volume. Wanted to keep the stock look and features, so I opted to add a 4 channel amp.

I chose the NVX 2 channel line out converter after a Sonic rep recommended it for my situation. I used it to tap into the front speaker wiring behind the head unit, then connected the NVX LOC2 to a HiFonics 4 band EQ that I mounted in my center console storage under the armrest. I ran 4 channels out from that to an MTX Thunder amp that I've had for almost 10 years now and installed new Alpine components in the front doors and Infinity coaxials in the rear doors.

System sounds incredible and I'm glad because I had never used a line out converter before and was concerned about the sound quality potentially suffering. Can't say for sure that a new head unit wouldn't sound even better, but I can say that I am completely satisfied with the sound I'm getting with everything running through the NVX XPLOC2. It also gives you a remote line out to make adding an EQ or amp a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Great Performance at a Great Price

I am using the XPLOC2 to convert the second set of speaker outputs from an ancient but excellent audio system/amplifier to input into a modern powered TV Soundbar. The unit functions perfectly and was easy to set up. The sound exiting from the soundbar is not distorted and is free of noise, static or hiss. I did need to turn up the volume control on the amp to about 40% to produce a strong signal for the soundbar input. While connections were straightforward, the instruction sheet could have been more explanatory. I had no need of the ground wires and did not need to adjust the left and right RCA outputs.

i installed this into my 2010 hyundai genesis coupe. i was originally using a scosche line converter that didn't have auto amp turn on triggering. once i installed this product i instantly heard better sound quality and it was a lot louder. The trigger turn on works amazing. i would recommend this to anyone wanting to install after market amps without replacing the stock head unit.

Simple solution

I wanted to add a separate amplifed sub woofer but couldn't because of the factory head unit and amplifier. This unit allowed me to use factory speaker wires from amp, it converted amplifued speaker power to low line input. I ran that into a pre-amp crossover lo pass to the Neighbor Shaker amp. My sub woofers sound great, and my neighbor says the plates on her walls have taken on a whole new rattle! YES!

It does EXACTLY what it says it does and it does so noise-free (as passive devices all should - but some DON'T) and it's cheaper than the parts it costs to build one.

I bought it for my back-of-room subs, as the new amps I bought do not have speaker-level inputs. I'm so happy with the sound that I am now ordering another for the front-of-room subs (and more amps).

Look elsewhere.

I purchased this for my BMW 335I with the Harmon Logic 7 system to add a FI IB3 subwoofer to my ride. The main reason I bought it was for the signal trigger to turn my amp on and it doesn't work at all. So my advice is to spend a few more dollars and get the Audio control LC2 instead. It's totally worth the price.

Great lil package

This is a great lil setup. I was looking add some bass to my jeep and that's exactly what I got. Comes with everything u need to get u up and running, nicely designed, seems like good quality too. The amp is a powerful little thing, I think the sub is a bit weaker. That's ok, though. The amp puts out more power then the sub can take. Also runs cool gets barley warm. I hooked my kicker sub to this amp to see how much power it gives and it hits hard. But I'm not 16 anymore who needs to have bass that you can hear 3 blocks away so this belva sub satisfies my needs. And overall love it. It's small to so doesn't take up much room which is great. Would recommend 100%

Daughter's 17th Birthday Gift...

was this particular package. Because I retained the stock head unit in my daughter's 2008 Honda CR-V, I had to use speaker level inputs, and I've never been pleased with the results in this configuration...until now. This package not only satisfied my expectations, but exceeded them. The bass power produced is clean and not overwhelming, but above average in terms of "thump". The package would be a bargain at a higher price, but to be quite honest, one of the deciding factors in choosing this was the modest all in one price. Don't change a thing. Highly recommended.

Good for the price

I bought the sub and amp package about a month ago to go in my hatchback and it sounds great for the price. It's not going to rattle your doors off or anything, but that's why it's priced where it is. I would recommend this to anyone looking to add a little more bass to their ride.

This little guy packs a punch! At first I doubted it. But then I moved the sub to the trunk and it made a world of difference. If you put it under your seat or behind your seat it won't sound impressive. Something about the sonics of the room of the car really makes a subwoofer "boom." Once I put it in the back I was quite impressed. Not bad at all for $100.

Nice woofer kit

It took some time to finally getting around to buying this kit. I've never installed a woofer before and this was just the ticket. The install wasn't bad. The part you will need is how to tune the amp. Utube will help show you. I get a good base sound that's not to radical. The price was good for the ready to install kit.

Works as expected

This exceeded my expectation for a 1 box 10 inch sub in my conversion van - its all that i need for base. The package is worth the money. I only wished the woofer had a grill.

Great Bass Package!

I recommend this product!

Pro's: Everything you need to install the product is included! The packaging was well put together. The speaker and box appear to be high quality. The amp is a little flimsy on the mounts but it works. The cables are great! I've used BELVA cables for several installs and have never had an issue.

Con's: There was conflicting information on where to hook up the high signals onto the amp. The directions noted different colors on the cables than the amp did. For the Left or Right speaker. It didn't matter, I just tapped one because it's a mono amp.

Other Thoughts: There are not a lot of video reviews for this product. The stock amp it comes with allows for you to fill out the low end of you system. But in the end the amp wasn't powerful enough for the application(but keep reading for explanation), so I hooked up a JBL amp and the speaker and box handle the power very well. I suspect the speaker has a lower sensitivity since it's a budget product.

I couldn't get the power I wanted from the belva amp because I may have been tapping off the low input signal instead of the high input signal. The JBL amp I chose allowed me to select the input signal from Hi2, Hi1, or Low. I cycled through from Hi2,Hi1, and ended up on Low. So I can't truly comment on the amp because I ended up tapping off the low input signal. By the time I realized what happened, I had already gotten the car all wired up for the JBL and mounted the amp so I didn't bother re-trying the Belva Amp.

Works well but had the common remote issue others had that didn't work at low volume.
Used cigarette lighter positive for remote, everyrhing worked well. no noise no issues. vehicle 2012 Ram 1500 with regular audio.
all in all its a good unit, id recommend it just be aware of possible remote issue.

It Does What It's Supposed To Do

So far after about 3-4 weeks I haven't had any issues with this item. I did end up having to adjust the "dials" on it as I wasn't getting any sound out. I'm not sure if they were set incorrectly at the factory or if the polarity was backwards. It also would have helped if the instructions would have had some explanation of what to do with them.

That's right!!! 119 for sub and amp plus all the needed wiring and gain control. I have not touched stereo equipments since high school, 20 plus years ago. It has been exactly 3 hours since I installed this into my little 94 Miata and I am kicking myself why I didn't buy/installed this sooner!!! I been driving around non residental area enjoying my added base.Took me more time to prep and open up all the plastic panels than doing the wiring. Broken a few ribs so total installed time was under 3 hours. It sounds amazing and I have not or should I say need to learn to adjust the settings.
$119 , I eat more sushi than this...so sure I don't even have a day of using this but first impression is WOW!!!!!! It's 130am, I just got home because my roving rave/techno mobile is making me really enjoy my music the way I like it. I installed the subwoofer in my passenger foot well area and a I have a hardtop so base sounds awesome....might lose a little when I take my hardtop off for the summer topdown fun.

1 star for durability because well, an few hours can't be enough for durability reviews, hence only 1 star for unknown.
