Geat Sound at an economical price

I bought these and some kicker 6-3/4 components for my son's 04 Silverado reg cab. I ran these straight off of a radio that produces 40 watts a channel. I was really surprised at how well they sound for the price. Highly recommended, especially if you're building a budget system.

Had to modify to fit

The vehicle speaker picker on this site is incorrect. These do not fit in 1990 VW Cabriolet without significant dremel modification to the mountain plate.

Sonic Electronix did not reply to any of my email requests for support. Overall, for my first experience here, I am disappointed.

Good sound - Good value - Quality build

The Kicker DSC65 are a very good value, and sound good. Construction very good esp. for a low priced speaker. They are efficient and play relatively loud. However, they are not expensive, heavy duty hard hitting speakers.

They are a great upgrade to factory original speakers and get my recommendation. Sonic's service was great and shipping was quick. I would rate the speaker 4 and Sonic Electronix a 5+++

nice speakers

i purchased these to replace the factory speakers in my 2009 chevy cobalt.
They sound great and have made a big difference. I had previously replaced my factory stereo with the Boss BV9351B receiver,also replaced my rear deck speakers with 6x9 NVX NSP69 speakers. I now have great sound from both front and back with great sound from the highs and lows.I have purchased products from sonic for a few years now,i have always been satisfied and the shipping is very fast. I would recommend these speakers to anyone and any other of the mentioned products. I want to mention i have no amp installed and not sure i really need one.I am happy with the results without one.
