These speaker sound great, very clear and even if you dont have an amp,but adding an amp only makes them sound that much better they love the power. For the price you cant go wrong.

Great Speakers
These speakers are great because the cost is average and the quality is above average. It reproduces music very well and your amp will push them harder because of the impedance.

Grab a set while you can
I'm a serial Infinity speaker installer. Have run Alpine, Kenwood, and a few other brands, but I keep coming back to Infinity for the clarity and overall balance of sound quality and price. I have these run off the head unit for the moment until I can add a four channel amp, and even with 22 watts a channel they are a massive step up from OEM speakers. Lots of different mount options included for the tweeters, but it's on the installer to figure out the best way. I lucked out and these fit directly in the space of my factory tweeters, secured with a dab of hot glue.

Very nice components
These speakers are in the front of my sedan ran off 150w x2 rms amp.
Matched with 5.25" Infinities in rear, and JBL-MS-12SD4 sub getting 1000w rms. Great budget SQ setup in my opinion.
They absolutely sing, and are the best overall mid-highs I've ever gotten from any of my 4 previous setups.
I don't even want to get out of my car when a good song is on loud!
I'm even hearing musical details I usually don't notice on my ipod or home stereo.
Very sharp crisp sound.
For the $$ I doubt you could find better, clean sounding speakers!
Bass is even pretty punchy and smooth, but you will probably want a sub to compliment these.

Quality!
I'm overall very happy with the performance of these speakers.
I installed the 6030cs in my 02 GMC Sierra a couple months ago to replace the stock front speakers. I replaced the 6.5 door woofers, and I installed these tweeters in the mini panels directly behind the mirrors. My head unit (and amp) is a Clarion CZ501. When I was shopping around for this speaker upgrade, my top priority was to get accurate sound reproduction. I can honestly say that the clarity and soundstage from these speakers is beautiful and accurate. The highs are crisp but not harsh. The bass output is punchy, but I wouldn't call it strong. I estimate that the low frequency volume drops off around the 70hz mark, so to get a full sound you'll need a sub. I personally was not expecting to get gobs of low end from these 6.5" speakers, so I don't consider this characteristic a negative.
If you are looking for crisp, accurate sound, then these Infinity's are definitely a good place to start. They are solidly built and fairly easy to install. I subtracted a star from 'Ease of Use' only because it wasn't immediately obvious how to get the crossover unit popped open.

OUTSTANDING!
I have these speakers in the front with the infinity coaxial kappa 62.9i's in the back and theyre running off of the infinity 475a 4 channel amp. the highs get REALLY loud and the sound is powerful and clean and they compliment my 12 inch l7's nicely!

good not great
Very good clean sounding speakers. I originally planed to connect them to my factory head but the didn't sound that good. I added a Rockford amp and they sounded great. I thought the had good range and lots of bass for 6.5" speakers. Sometimes they are too bright and for that reason I rated them a little lower. I wish the crossovers had a -3dB setting.

Great For The Price
These are a great component speaker set for the price. If you set your amplifier up correctly they sound really good.

Infinity Reference 6030cs
The sound from my aftermarket JVC head unit (50 watts x 4 total output) is very good but these speakers would really benefit from an amp to really get the sound out. The midrange and bass is very good, no distortion, and the tweeters output is adjustable from the crossover unit which is rather large. These speakers fit nicely in my Miata and I highly recommend them for a two way speaker system. The tweeters were very easy to install too. I was not a big fan of the speaker covers, a little too thick for a Miata install, used another speaker cover that was about 1/8" thick.

I have these mounted in a Yukon XL in the rear doors. They sound beautiful. The performance for the price is excellent. Definitely recommended these speakers.

Great sound for the price
I bought these to replace a pair of alpines. I have an extended cab truck with 4x6 alpines in the back doors, an infinity bass link sub under the seat and a clarion deck and separate amp. These speakers had quite a bit more bass than the alpines did. The sound is also better. I really like these speakers and would highly recommend them for the performance at this price.

First time buying infinity
First time I ever bought anything infinity. These are great sounding but don't expect too much bass. I didnt want bass out of them but if you do you might want to go with another speaker...still good stuff though.

Great Sound
Very Crisp and definitely loud. Tweeters will make your ears ring. I also like the many adapters makes it easy to mount these components anywhere. Best value out of any components. Have the older 6020s in my girlfriends car and decided to get these for mine. Replaced my old ks502 components and the sound was incredible.

good BUT could be better
I bought this speakers by recomendation of a S.E. rep to pair them up with a JL AUDIO JX360.4 amp they sound pretty good but the first pair smoked on me when I was in a car show which was super embarrassing I called sonicelectronix and the exchange was easy now on my 2nd pair and they have a very good SQ but they would be perfect if they can handle more RMS because they are for 90 RMS per side

Beautiful sound
I have a pair of these in my yukon. They are absolutely the clearest speakers i have ever owned. I have them hooked to a four channel pioneer amp and the sound matched with subwoofers is unbelievable. Definitely buy these speakers.

Excellent
I currently drive a 2009 Chevy Equinox with an Orion Cobalt CO6004 4 Channel AMP powering Infinity 6.5 Reference REF6030CS Components in front and 6.5 Reference 6032CF in the rear. I decided to buy Infinity's all around with Dynamat in the door and It sounds WAY BETTER.

Great Upgrade
I replaced the stock speakers in my GMC 2500 with these and I am very happy with them. They come with a ton of installation options but mine fit the factory position. The x-overs are pretty big but I didn't have an issue stuffing them behind the door panels.
I was worried because some of the reviews indicated that the tweeters were harsh, but I only found this to be true when setting the gains because I was installing a new amp at the same time. Now that they have been in for a couple of weeks I think that they are nicely balanced. The tweeters are installed just above the 6.5 in the door.
The speakers are being powered by an amp - so I don't have any experience running them directly from a deck.

Love Infinity
Great speakers, very natural, a little bright, but well worth the money. Complete kit with lots of extra parts for install. Sonic is great, price is the best, price match is even better!

Most underated speakers I've known
these speakers are wonderful. If you know how to use your deck and amplifier properly and can tune with clean power, you can't beat these speakers. I have ran them for years and bought a pair for my by newest vehicle. I stand by these fully. better than the kappa's IF you know how to tune and better than a lot of much more expensive speakers. These will easily handle over 100 or more cleans watts of tuned power. Great high end and Mid speaker

Great product
I have had the infinity 6030cs component systems for a few months now and every one that has heard them has had only one thing to say about them they are the clearest sounding speakers they have ever heard. I would highly recommend them to any one that is looking for clarity in thar stereo system.

Infinity Reference 6030cs Very good
Fit my 98 Chevy Silverado with some timely mods to the doors for the tweeters and crossover locations.
Well worth the install time to have the exceptional sound quality.
No contest with the after market speakers I replaced.
Upper bass, mids and highs very pleasing.

These speakers are 2 thumbs up
I recently brought these speakers and got them installed. I love them alot. I had Kickers kS620 components at first and I wasn't feelin them at all. Please run them off a 4 channel amp. I'm running them off a Kicker ZX350.4 amp and it sounds so damn clear that i don't want to get out of my car. LOL! You won't be disappointed at all. I hope my reveiw helped you to choose because everyone else reviews helped me. Now stop reading and buy these Infinity Reference 6030cs!

Very small but the right amount of power
This was my second pick of amps but when the one I wanted was sold out I went with this amp because I have three other Kicker amps and they all have been great. When I pulled it out of the box I was like wow this is small. I knew what the demotions were but seeing and holding it you really take it in. Mine came with 260 watts which is common with Kicker to get more. I have them powering JL C3-600 components they have an RMS of 75 at 4 ohms and I'm putting 65 to them at 4 ohms and its more than enough power. Pleased with my second pick and not disappointed. I would recommend this product to someone.

very bright speakers
Ive run higher end Infinity and they are very good but these seem to be overly bright but good bass response. Even cutting a ton out of 5k an up they still sound to bright for me. Good value for what you get.

These speakers are great , having kenwood excelon head unit pushes the speaker good,
Crisp and clear bass , voice clarity top notch
For nissan altima 2013 one hole needs to be drilled, down the time, the speaker becomes good on you.

Infinity 6030cs are noticably superior to stock Honda Accord speakers
I would recommend these speakers over the 2007 Honda 4 door VP stock speakers. The 7,000 series Honda 2 door stick shift models have higher quality speakers than the stock in other models but are still inferior to these Infinity Reference speakers. Most Accords have cute little near 1 inch diameter or half dollar sized magnets.
The 07 VP has no dash tweeters. I currently have the tweeters double stick taped to the sail panel forward of the door glass. Driveaccord.com says it is difficult to rewire the tweeters from the crossover through the door opening to the dash mounting area. The dash tweeter grill has no holes for the sound to come out of. I will have to get a replacement pair.
According to my researching on line, only the Accord two door 6 cylinder with stick shift has a crossover. Both this Accord and all others have a second wire pair from the plug at the radio for the tweeter. It was recommended that the wire from the radio go to the Infinity crossover and the crossover be mounted in/just under the arm rest where there is adequate space in both doors.
The two front door speakers which are currently capable of making more bass than these do not have the necessary Mid-range quality and highs to listen to music satisfactorily.
Wanting a quality sound that is necessary at the mid and high end of the audio spectrum to enjoy music, I switched to Infinity so I can actually hear the instruments instead of just hearing the music. Vast improvement for a lifetime audiophile. (67 years OLD)
I could have gotten the better infinity but for a weekend touring car the higher price for short or occasional long drives is not necessary.
The 6.5 inch Infinity reference 6030cs replacements needed aftermarket plastic pop in mounts that can be purchased from the internet for under $6 dollars with free shipping. They are well worth it compared to drilling and grinding the uneven metal and possibly having a contact with the window glass. I did not see a Sonic version of this pop in speaker holder but I did not look for one there.
Be aware that the aftermarket plastic speaker mount that allow a "two second" pop in convenience does not have the correct placement of screw holes to mount these particular Infinity 6.5 inch speakers to the plastic. Using a determined amount of Southern Engineering I placed screws coated in non stick silicone, in the speaker holes, placed the speakers on the plastic pop in mount and applied a fiberglass goo that hardens relatively quickly. I unscrewed the 4 screws and drilled the holes deeper - then installed the supplied foam stick on pads to place on the speaker for air tightness and screwed the speakers on tighter, then popped them in the door frame. The plastic purchased pop in mount had to be roughed up to allow the fibreglass paste to adhere to it.
The stock head unit amplifier has more than enough power to drive these speakers to louder than I can tolerate without distortion from the speakers or the amp. The sound is clean and clear all the way up to the higher frequencies. The sound does not get to be called SHARP until the treble is turned all the way up, IT is more like too loud for the rest of the music, not sharp. This Honda Accord radio head unit is not exactly aftermarket ultra high power amp quality but it is a close second. I do not have to turn up the treble on this stock radio to hear the high frequencies that are hidden from us by the stock speakers.
The bass is not as loud as the stock speakers but the Infinity speakers are new and will loosen up and make more bass as the hours wear them in. When I crank up the bass on this stock radio I can hear the bass nicely but not loudly. I can feel the door vibrate but not hear metal rattling. I might go back in and use some sound deadener later to cancel out the bass canceling sounds from the back of the speaker. I do not have to crank the bass up to hear it with these mid bass speakers. Also because of the Infinity 6 X 9 9633 cf I mounted in the rear (cf means it does not include a grill). I will have to grind down the stock plastic rear grills to fit these speakers or remount them under the back deck like I had the previous temporary speakers. It fits perfectly in the rear speaker opening. The stock speaker grill will need to be ground down to be remounted in their push in slots. The grills have an oval plastic ridge to go down to the metal for a better bass on the OEM Honda 6 X 9 speakers. These Infinity 9633cf speakers have a quarter inch plastic ridge on the top and have to be compensated for.
I am currently enjoying the resounding bass these rear infinity reference 9633cf speakers provide along with the absolutely clear sound they make up to the upper end of the audio range.
I purchased this pair of 6 X 9 9633cf Infinity reference speakers for the back shelf because the Sonic tech ref said they will make bass loud enough with the stock head unit and they are the best bang for the buck for my driving. The holes are there in the back shelf under the pop out speaker grills (you have to grab the 4 pop in tabs in the trunk with needle nose pliers to squeeze the plastic to get it to pop out). The Honda speaker wires are there tucked into the assembly within a few inches of the holes.
A Honda to Infinity speaker wire conversion plug will have to be purchased or special terminals can be purchased at Radio shack to connect to the speakers. Radio Shack sells pn 6403058 which has the two 7/64th female spade push on for the negative speaker terminal and two 3/16 female spade push on terminals for the positive speaker terminal.
Spade terminals will have to be ground down to about 1/3rd the width to plug into the Honda speaker cable socket. This is necessary for both the 9633cf and the 6030cf, 4 of these speaker wire connectors need to be made BUT the time to make them plus the costs of the male and female spade terminals would far offset the lesser cost of purchasing the pre-made units that can be found on line. It cost about $2.50 for a pair of correct sized female spade terminals ($10.00 for 4 pair for all 4 speakers). The Male spade terminals also have to be purchased, and then the males have to be ground to about 1/3rd the width to fit the Honda plug. Then the terminals have to be "SOLDERED-not Crimped" to the wires. Crimping is for a temporary fit because one of the crimps will surely pull off the wire and give you grief sooner or later. It is a great deal less time and grief to purchase these Honda to Infinity conversions. I found out the cable to speaker conversion cables are available after I had made the 4 conversion cables. I did not think to ask the tech or look for them at Sonic but they can be found on the internet.
Everything re-considered, I think if I had purchased the cable converters, the front speaker pop in mounts and made the modifications for the screw holes before hand, I could have mounted all 4 speakers in less than two hours.
Honda has premium sound radios that put out 120 watts RMS that should make you deaf soon. This VP has no specified power rating but it has enough RMS wattage to HURT -- it gets so loud. The Two Ohm rating of the Infinity, has something to do with the loud volume available along with the 93 dB sensitivity rating to make these speakers louder than the stock or other speakers I tried.
These infinity have 2 ohm impedance's. From the small diameter Honda wiring the speaker will probably see 2 Ohms at low and normal volume and not overheat the stock radio amp. They advertise that at higher volumes with the small speaker wire sizes and the bass turned up that the amp sees a 3 to 4 ohm load when the volume is cranked up.
I have read that more powerful aftermarket amps make loud bass and resoundingly better sounding music in other cars with lesser radios, but this "made for Granny / Grandpaw car" has more wattage than I can bear.

The music is so clean as I listen to everything pretty much. The highs are alittle bright but nothing my EQ didnt fix. Great design. Cone and surround material seem thick and durable. Tweeter flush mounts allowed for angling. Crossovers did their job. I have 50 watts rms going to each with no noticeable distortion at high volume. I would highly recommend if you are on a budget.

Great highs
Great speakers if you have a powerful sub to round out the sound. These components put out great highs/treble. Would suggest an amp to feed enough power to get the true benefits of these speakers. Not a lot of bass but that is what the subs are for. Crisp highs are these speakers speciality

Infinity components
I've always been a fan of infinity systems but I didn't expect these to be as great as they are! My other vehicle came stock with these and the factory infinity is no match for these! So glad I bought these because it's clear and crisp. Definately a great product for the money. I think the price is remarkable on these!. And these can take a good beating! Give these a try and you be disappointed.

Solid performance for a decent price
Put these in my 09 impreza. The sound is good. It's not audiophile level but it's very good. Don't expect a ton of bass from the 6.5" drivers, they don't do well below 100 htz. If you have a sub and can eq out anything below 100 htz to the door speakers they sound brilliant. My biggest complaint is there is no good way to mount the crossovers. There are screw holes on the bottoms but no way to open them up to mount them. I used 2 sides tape on them inside my door panels but it only lasted maybe 2 days of opening and closing before the tape failed. The tweeters sound great but the +3 db option is not needed. All in all a very good component setup for around $100
