Amazing quality, Could not be happier!

Ordered a set of these for my '98 Cirrus. One of the main reasons I ordered these was the material and craftsmanship. My last set of subs also had an aluminum cone, and I adored them to no end! I could not bring myself to pay this kind of money for a sub with a paper cone (and yes, I know some brands make better subs with paper cones, they just aren't for me). When the subs finally came in, they were just as impressive looking as I had hoped! The build was fantastic! The spring terminals were very strong, no fear of the wires shaking loose! They are loud and proud even with only 500watts each! Can't wait to have my local shop build a custom box for em, and get a T1500 amp for these bad boys later on down the road!

I have 2 of these

I have these powered by a T2500 cp and it POUNDS! My windshield needs to be reinstalled because it blew the seal! These subs sound great and shake my neighbors house so bad he complained about stuff falling off his walls!

not all that

I have a Rockford Fosgate 3000.1 BD amp. My Kicker l 5 blew, so I got the T2D412 thinking it would be better. I was wrong. If I could send it back, I would get the Kicker L7. The Rockford doesn't sound that good or that loud. I thought T2 would sound a lot better then they do. They also can't handle the amp that well. Sonic did a good job sending these to me, but they are not worth the money that I paid for.

i know about db levels and the guy that said he hits 198 or what ever bd level it is is full of crap. the world record is 182bds and that is with 8 15" subs. but these subs do hit extremely hard so i would recomend anyone to buy them

Slams

These subs will drop some lows for sure unfortunately my box and port is too small even with them inverted,it was built for my old (silver) T1D412's and isn't near enough for these subs full potential output. I'm currently looking into buying/building a proper sized box for them to get the most out of them. Powering 2 of these T2D412's with a RF T2500.1bdcp amp and it just hits crazy hard,just posted a review of that amp as well,great combination

Monster in my trunk

The guys or so different from other subs. If you need something that makes your car shake then these are the beasts that you should have in the trunk. I prefer these in a bigger car cause putting these in small cars will screw your car up. By the way To make them sound better you need a bigger amp.

T2

These are the best subs on the market!!!!! Don't let any other sub get your attention. If you wanna be the best, you have to have the best, and the best is the T2s. i have 2 of these in the trunk of my skyline. I have two T2500.1 running 1 for each sub, and no one has every beat me at a competition. Btw this is the second time I've had this set up. The first time I got these subs they were taken from me because I got 3 sound violations and they took my subs.

Two T2D412 subs pound! Even better in a custom Rockford spec box!

I have these subs set at 3 on my gains on a T-2500bdcp and I haven't even budged it over 3 and at full volume they POUND no joke, your tonsils will be dancing and your passenger will be shocked at how loud these 12's will hit. Rockford all day, everyday!

The other review, you definitely were not hitting 195db legal. so yeah, but I've heard 1 of these off 1200rms and its just hard to breath. these things are amazing.

Crazy sub!!

I have one of these in a small chevy cobalt and, that thing pounds.. its alot louder than the 2 P3s i had before.. Im glad i put some dynamat in the trunk. If u get this sub u gonna need some dynamat..

Great Sub

I bought the T2 back in December 2012 and it's still sounds great. I was thinking about picking up another one until I saw the price. I paid $380 for my T2 and wanted to pick up another one until I checked a couple days ago and saw the price went way up. Even though the price went up I would still recommend this sub. It has been going strong since 2012 and is one of the best subs I have ever owned.

Great buy

what can i say?really was a smart choice.i have one in a ported box tuned to 40hz and this sub gets down!as of right now im the only one where im from that has this sub. people freak out that this is a single sub cause it hits harder than two 12s. I've been through 20+ different sets of subs from kickers to jl audio to crossfire to RE Audio,the list goes on, and now im so happy i wanna sell this one and buy two brand new!

I've got two of these monsters taking up entire trunk space in my bmw 540i. everytime i crank them up my eyes get all watery and i need earplugs to prevent myself from going deaf. i would recommend these to anyone who wants high quality SPL. The price is ridiculously low compared to me buying it anywhere else. Nothing beats SonicElectronix.

Beasly Sub

I've got one of these in a custom 3cubic ft box @ 32 hz and wow. Everyone who I've given a demo says it's the loudest single sub setup they've ever heard if not the loudest in general. This beast is top quality, once you see one in person you can appreciate the superior design. Sound Quality is surprisingly really good too. I listen to all kinds of music and it definitely keeps up in the SQ department.

This sub is amazing i just bought them and replaced my 2011 p2s running on a kenwood excelon 1200x on 1200 rms and soon i going to be running two. One for each sub so i can get full power i say this is an awsome buy.

Big Boy Sub For The Money

I hooked up two T2's that I been had for about six months.They are in separate boxes that are 2.25cuft each and I wired them too a 1ohm load with a Pioneer Premier D2000SPL Amp for 2000watts rms. I'm also running a Premier Head Unit and Clarion EQS746 and 0ga wire of course and these BIG BOYS hit HARD&CLEAR but what else can you expect from a RFT2....Enough Said Go For A Pair!!!

True 1/0 gauge!

Swapped out my old 4 ga db link amp kit with these tsunami wires and noticed an improvement instantly! These wires are monsters and still extremely flexible. Their a bit hard to solder since the jacket melts. But for the price this is the only wire I know of thats 100% ofc and not copper clad alluminum. Its the real deal and for the price its a steal.

T2

This sub SLAMS! I am running 1200 watts to this sub in an extra cab and it does what it says it would. Never had any problems and sounds very clean and deep. This sub is worth every penny; I highly recommend this sub if you are into blowing eardrums.

This is probably one of the most reasonably priced 0 gauge ofc kits on the market. Supplies plenty of juice to my mtx 1500w rms amp. Best deal I found and is superb quality. Been using it for 6 months and couldn't be happier.

Very satisfied with product. When it comes to quality a quality amp kit with a quality car system, you want the best for. The best sound quality. Even after a year I find that tsunami is my favorite. no problems. AT ALL! Sonic Electronix was very professional and prompt with the delivery. I would Definately recommend them to all my friends. Why buy them at a store when you can buy them from sonic electronix where the quality is so much better for a better price. I'm not the one to give reviews but I thought it was the appropiate way of showing my satisfaction.

Great box for the money!!!

This box came as part of a package deal I bought and I was really impressed with the quality. It produces great sound from such a small box. I have a Kenwood 400 RMS 1200 Peak 12" sub in it and it sounds superb. It hits clean with no distortion.

I went from a custom ported 3cu box and I was expecting this to sound terrible but i was pleasantly surprised.

Good Value on a well made box

This box has a very sturdy feel to it. I have just one gripe, I suspect that two of the side panels are not actually of a 3/4th thickness. Not a huge deal for such an inexpensive box though.

Great kit for the price. True 0ga wire. Could use a longer ground wire and I had to upgrade to a 300a fuse. Wire is sturdy but very pliable and looks great!

get the job done

Installed a 2500w rms amp with a shuriken skbt10 in a friends car and seems to do a good job. Definitely will buy tsunami wiring kits again.

good replacement sub box

I purchased this sub box to fit in the trunk of my suby. The box is made sturdy and has decent acoustics for the it size. One suggestion: make sure to reseal the inside of the box, so that there is no air escaping in unnecessary places.

I have a really old 12" Kicker CVR installed in this box. It actually performs better in this sealed enclosure than it did in a ported one!

Truly ground shaking bass from a really small package!

My only gripe is that there was no polyfill included.

Wrong Box

I can't comment on the Absolute box because Sonic sent me their generic version of it that didn't have the polyfill on the insides or the absolute sticker on it. The sonic one worked just fine other than one terminal showing up broken. Luckily I was wiring up at 4 ohms so only needed one input. Overall, decently constructed for the price and of course free shipping.

Awesome Wire

Have had more than one of these kits and this wire is awesome!

Decent Box

Overall this is a decent box. It's pretty sturdy and the sealing is alright. The only complaints I would have is the carpeting job is pretty poor, lots of lines. Also, the metal clips inside the box for the wire are a little flimsy and an odd size. But in the end not a bad bang for your buck.

Good value

Bought this because of the price. Worked out well. Tsunami gives you enough wire to run it all except for the ground cable is a little short. Coupled this with the big three upgrade kit, HO alternator and a yellowtop battery. No dimming lights and no dropping of deep notes. I would also recommend upgrading the fuse. Its only 250 amp.

Solid Box, Solid Price

Box is exactly what I needed. Great size for my subwoofer specs. Best price I could find. Could use quick connects on back, but it's not a big deal.

It's a very nice package. The power and ground cable are 0 gauge it is what it says it is. The fuse holder is nice and solid. Everything I buy from SonicElectronix is top quality and fast delivery. I will only buy from Sonicelectronix!

Nice Install kit

The power wire is blue and has a nice connector on one end and the ground is like a clear with a connector on one end also. I really like the fuse block. On my last system I had one of the glass fuse setup's and had the solder that holds the metal bar on the inside of the fuse melts before the fuse actually blows. It took me a while to figure out the fuse went bad cause it didn't look blown. Overall if you have big amp and need some 1/0 gauge wire this is the kit to get.

This amp takes 12v at 200amps and turns it into 35amps at 80v output into 1ohm load thats basicaly a dead short to most amplifiers this will eat that. at .75ohm it will do 2695watts 24/7. mine was tested we left it on the bench for 3 weeks 2 days and said f it..... HELP I CANT KILL IT

Great Amp Kit

This amp kit is a FANTASTIC bang for your buck. Wire isnt cheap, and it flexes very easily. Top notch all around. Biggest let down is that it does NOT include RCA's.

Wire is true to guage, all components are sturdy and look great. It's been 6 months and I've had no problems at all.
