Not bad

I bought this box about 6 months ago, and it's not a bad box, but it could have been built a little better and cleaner looking. The edges of the carpet where they cut out for the sub was starting to come up after I took it out of the box.

Good for starting out

This is a good box for a less powerful sub. It gets the job done.

nice sound great bass

this looks almost exactly like the one that i recently bought from sonicelectronix so i wanted to post a review to let everyone know how it does. To start off i went with this and the pioneer champion series pro sub because im limited on space but the box does perform very well with the sub but i do think it would sound alittle better in a slightly bigger box but dont let size fool you because this little box bangs trust me if your limited on space then this is the one for your small compact and awesome sound and bass pros:great sound awesome bass cons:none

This box was a great product. One of the best systems that I've ever owned! Dont bother trying to make your own - this saves you time and money.

Does the job

Not totally sealed, but a definite win.

Easy to connect, quality materials and decent looks make this a win. I can hear air moving out of it with my 2500 Watt peak nx12d Boss sub.

So I've had this box for about two weeks, and I'm not ashamed of it. I have a 12" Kicker CVX and 750 rms watts goin to it. It hasn't failed me once I got it working. But the terminals inside the box gave me troubles. They're made out of cheap cheap thin metal that felt like plastic. After I finally figured it out it was 2 hours l8r. I just took out the terminals and hooked the wires straight up, but I expected a good electrical connection but apparently not. Other than that hassle I like the box.

this box does not use true 3/4" wood, its 11/16"

decent quality, but wood is undersized. if using a high power woofer this might be a problem. im using this box for a Image Dynamics IDQ12 with low power so this wont be a problem.

Excellent product!

I ordered this product for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it! The description is accurate and it was of high quality. I would reccomend this product to anyone!

Great box for the price

Have a Rockford Fosgate R2D2-12 mounted in it and it does the job for me. Regarding other reviews that say the box is too thin and won't handle higher power. Define what "higher power" is so your reviews can be helpful. The RF sub can handle 250W RMS (500 max) mated to an appropriate amp. I don't think it will blow the sides off. 1000W RMS maybe but then you shouldn't be buying the Sonic house brand sub box if you're running that kind of power. The box is very sturdy and does the job quite nicely for 250W RMS.

Is a good box for the price and with the house speakers it is a great value and sounds good too.

This sub hits hard as ever. im put one on on a boss amp at 500 rms. when i get gas, my cap is like on a trampoline on the trunk. its wizzy. i would recommend this product to everyone

I recently ordered two of these subs along with a boss onyx series 3000 watt 2 channel amp. They were just installed and needless to say im blown away. I have them in a ported box tuned to 34 hz and they slam hard. And for the price they cant be beat.

Hard hitting sub for the price

Bought one of these subs about two months ago and let me tell you, it's a definite window shaker!!!! I have it in a 14*12 sealed box being played by a soundstorm 3600 watts force mono amp and I am impressed. This sub replaced two audio pipe 750 watts each subs. Entered a spl competition the other day and I got up to 105db with the one sub. Ran enough wire to it so I can take it out of my car and play it on the grass and it still makes the windows on my house shake. Good sub for hatchback vehicles!!!

Not bad

This is my first aftermarket sub and I'm happy with it. I bought it as a package deal with a visonik amp and house brand box. Makes my car shake at the slightest provocation and was great value.

Best 12" ever.

I'm getting great lows running 1 NX12D wired at 4ohms with a PH4000D Boss amp in a sealed 1' enclosure. Exactly what I was looking for. In my hatchback, 1 of these is enough to make my vision blur. Scary bass.

Subs are amazing

I own a pair of these subs and ive been told that i probably hit about 135 db in my car. Thats insanely good considering the fact that i spent less than $100 on the subs... And im only running fake 4 guage power and ground. These hit hard dont let anyone tell you boss cant perform!

Awesome sub!!!!

I bought one of these sub with some reluctance because it is a boss but let me tell you, it is wicked!!! Prior to purchasing this sub, i was using two 750 watts audio pipe sub and they can't compete with this sub. It beats hard. Its wired at two ohms stable and I must also say that it beats harder than my friend's kicker 15 inch sub... Really good value for my money.. Recommend anytime... Good product Boss!!!

Good cheap bass

This is a good sub for the money. Great for the lower bass but the higher beats the sub wont get out of its own way.

Big bass

I own two of these subs and they are freaking loud. I love these subs.

If you're looking for big bass, this sub has it. If you're looking for clean bass you won't find it. Good value over all. Good start up sub.

Great deal

This sub is definitely worth the $70 if all you're looking to do is set off car alarms with monstrous bass. As for sound quality, don't expect very much. A great buy for sure though!

Wow!

I reccomend these. I bought 2 of them and wasnt expecting the results i got. I have a 5000 watt lanzar max amp with these 2 subs and they hit hard. I jumped when i first turned them on and like i said i wasnt expecting it to hit that hard!
