WORST AMP SO FAR

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

So here i am thinking of a new amp to get when i decide to leave my fate with the new Find your perfect amp, only to be disappointed beyond belief. First off it is grossly underpowered to what its rated secondly immediately upon install it wouldnt work. all settings at their lowest and it would still put itself into power protect for no reason

great value

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

best amp ive ever bought. it was inexpensive and it is very powerful. I had it hooked up to 2 pioneer champion series 12s and fried them at 4 ohms so if your looking for a powerful amp this would be a good choice

More than what you expected

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I read a lot of car audio forums about this company so I decide to take a chance and order this amp because of some of the you tube videos I saw. At first I was disappointed because I wired my 3 treo 8 inch subs to a 3 ohm. Once I wired them down to 1 ohm I released the kracken. My subs were being pushed to their limits. They're much louder than the Kenwood amp that they were on before. I'm using the 4 gauge Belva wiring kit and it does a good job because even at a 1 ohm load, the amp barely gets warm. Overall if you want loud clean bass without spending a fortune, then I consider purchasing this amp.

Belva amp

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

You can't get a better amp for this price... I have seen people use cheaper amps in the past and get horrible output. The Belva line is worth every penny.

Very Good amp for the money...

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

yes i would recommended to anyone....i was a bit skeptical about getting it as ive read some bad reviews on how the amp fails even out of the box or have just failed overall but i made a good choice by going for it...right now i have this amp pushing a hdc3 15 soundqubed and its pounding and not even half powered yet...although after some hard playing it does get warm still great amp...the only down side was that it was a bit hard to fit my knuconcept wires as the hole were bit small...

awsome amp!

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

Good product, great value. in my opinion this has the best power/price ratio. the power output isn't over rated and the build quality is superb. i'm very happy with the amp and i can't wait to use it. and the international shipping was quicker than i had expected so it was a good surprise when it showed up on my doorstep. 10/10 for belva and sonic.

Good amp

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I bought 2 of these through the liquidation station (open boxes). They are great amps however mine are not the same and when opened the boxes they had some scratches and paint loss did not expect this as they were only marked open box. But one looks like the picture and one looks maybe like an older or newer model. But overall good amps and they definitely same my AB HD 12's.

Sealed box

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I have one in a sealed box which saves a lot of space in my small trunk, It is louder than my two 12" infinity 1262 that were in a ported box tuned at 32hz with the same amp. Being a 15" it hits lower than the 12's, just like I wanted it.

"900w" @ 2 ohms with a Kenwood kac-9152d. Its overpowered, but I do have the gain turned down.

Very Nice!!!!

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I would definitely recommend this amp. After doing my research, I had to get it. It has a nice and clean look and feels pretty sturdy. I have it pushing a older quantum audio 15 inch sub rated at 700 rms. This amp is giving the sub a run for its money and puts out clean power. I will upgrade the sub soon but the amp stays cool no matter how hard I push it. All pros and no cons to this point and I am very happy with the Belva brand.

Sounds way better than two twelves

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I bought two of these subs about 5 months ago and hooked them up at 1 ohm to my Rockford Fosgate P1000-1BD in a sealed box and it completely quakes. Still going strong and I leave them on for a while. Of course they heat up a little now and then but have great heat distribution and I know my amp rocks but I had no idea for the price of these subs they could put out over 150 dB. Supersonic down to about 20-25 and leave it steady at 80 hz on the LPF. Must buy, SonicElectronix always runs a deal on these

BEST SUB FOR PRICE

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This sub is freaking insane!!! Let me tell you its so loud its unbelievable. I first had a jeep wrangler and i built a 3ft cubic box tuned to 33hz for it, it was hooked up to a kicker zx 750.1 and it was so loud my hard top bolts rattled out and almost came off driving down the highway. I then bought a audioque 1200d put the sub in a 4 cubic foot box tunned to 31hz and put it in a Volkswagen jetta and it still rattles everything and everyones cars from 50 feet away. The lows this sub produces are so nice i love it. if you want to be heard from a mile away when your friends are waiting for you get this sub!!!!!!

Great price for big bass!!

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I cant believe how great these sound and why people knock them i dont know! ive had plenty of Jl's (overpriced), have used audioques hdc 3's banged hard but sold them, had mtx 9515 is really loud lots of power sounded good to a point and was last sub before my alpines and for some reason the alpine 15s sound absolutely great in a 6ft ported box at 34 hertz powered by a powerbass xa 3000d at 1 ohm! The alpines may not be as loud as some higher end brands but for 25% of a W7 or RE Audio xxx this hands down best sub for the money. The mtx 9515 gave me a 150.1 on 2200 rms but with both of these alpines i can tell u its definitely louder and sound quality is great while doing it! I wud recomment these to anyone! Tuned right with the proper amount of rms power, voltage, no clipping, proper built box, and big 3 upgrade, these will take a beating!

To those who don't know what they are doing or talking about have it professionally installed.

I am running 4 Alpine Type R 15's powered by 2 MTX 81001 strapped together in my 08' Supra Launch 22SSV. These subs hit so hard they enduce vomit and they are the cleanest on all types of music.

Anyone who disagrees needs to learn what to buy (i.e. powering) and how to install properly.

Learn what you have before you bash it.

I cannot say anything bad about this sub, I had the small 12 type r they were amazing so I upgraded to the 15, on volume 5 with amp down and headunit sub level up the car rattles and its scary, it actually surprises people as they think am holding a £600 sub and a £500 amp lol. this sub is not powering to its full yet as I need to upgrade my amp as I only have a 1300watt amp and thats nothing! so it says it all when upgraded al be sitting on volume 1 hahaha great buy!

THANX TO SONIC alpine type r 15'' swr1542d

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

THANX TO SONIC ELECTRONICS
If you want the a sub that can play low's super loud than Alpine Type r 15" is for u,this sub is rated at 750 rms but I used Alpine PDX1.1000 and now Kicker zx1000.1 on this sub and this sub takes 1000 rms+ with no issues, runing this sub on 750 rms is a waste of this sub,for best bass, ported alpine spec encloure and alpine pdx 1.1000 or kicker zx1000.1 and u be all set. if u just wanna DISTROY ur vehicle than 2 of these will do the job just fine for u, DO NOT USE ANYTHING UNDER 500 rms worth OF mids and highs in order to make it sound crisp,

IF U R COMPARING THIS SUB TO ANY OTHER SUB WITH 750 RMS THAN U R WASTING UR TIME COZ THERE IS NO CHANCE THAT ANY SUB WILL COME CLOSE TO THIS SUB.

1000 rms to this sub will give u enough bass that u can feel in ur throat and chest. all ur bass need'll be fulfilled.

sonic did a great job on the price+shipping+packing, these guys get 10 out of 10,very happy with purchase.
GIVE SONIC A CHANCE AND THEY WILL MAKE U HAPPY WITH THERE GREAT SERVICE.

I have 2 of these in a 2001 Tahoe ported to 38hz powered by a Boss RT1045D pushing 800 watts to each sub. I have to say I am very happy with the purchase. They have lived up to all of my expectations. I still need to meter my system, but I would guess it's in the high 140dB's. These are excellent subs for the money! They hit very hard and very deep. I would encourage anyone that likes there music to sound great to get some of these subwoofers.

as long as you feed this beast the proper juice this thing rocks. it looks great has lots of nice features. the ability to turn off subsonic filter and adjustable bass boost freq was a selling point to me. take the risk and buy this amp! im glad i did.it should do close to rated 1800 rms at 1 ohm with enough current to get it there. the only problem so far is that the power led stays on dim even with car off? other than that go for it.

Simply Amazing!

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I bought this from a friend with a Alpine MRX-M1110 in a 1.7 ft. sealed box. I haven't set it up in my own vehicle yet but i've heard it in his car, POUNDS! Slams the lows like none other. Almost seems like it struggles for the higher notes, still hits, but doesn't kill the highs (good thing for my 6x9's.) Can move hair, vibrate your whole body, and be heard from probably 1/2-3/4 mile away. One of the loudest in town. Great sq output, dBs and value.

This sub is great. I am sure I am underpowering it with my Power Acoustics Stax 2000/1 Class D Mono Amp. I have it ran 2 OHMS and everything works great. The bass is very loud and also very clear. No distortion. This sub is mounted in a ported box 3.1 Cu Feet.

I would say this beats most 2 12" sub setups I've seen that are within this price range.

Alpine is a great brand name and Sonic is the only place to get it from for the right price.

This sub pounds. I have had MTX 12s, a 12 kicker L7, and this sub is my favorite. People bash on the sound quality, but it sounds great! I don't know what they are talking about. If you want loud bass that sounds great at 750 watts rms, this is your sub!

LOUD!

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This sub is really loud especially when i play it loud for 5 minutes my ears start to ring. My girlfriends love it!! Unfortunately the this sub could not take more then what it is rated so when you hear that i advise you to not listen! if you are looking to get this sub i would recommend an amp no higher then 850 watts RMS! Other then this incident this sub is amazingly loud and i love it and hope you do to! Pi** off those neighbors!

Nice Amp for Price.

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This amp is one half of an Audiopipe Ap30001 which explains why there are no internal fuses. Its slightly modified from the original in that it is wider and will stay cooler with the additional heatsinks. The large transfer wires for audio are a smaller gauge. From what I've gathered from reading reviews is this version is cleaner sounding and stays cooler than an ap1500.1. Power wise pretty much the same. Reliability should be a notch higher also. Only down side is the plastic end caps can break easily so be careful with them.

Love it!

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This is probably one of the best subs out there for the money. Yeah you can get louder subs, but that's not why people buy Alpine. It's all about the clarity. I'm using a slightly undersized sealed enclosure, and I still get deep, rich bass no matter what genre I listen to. Pair this with a good Alpine head unit and some Type R or Type X mids and amps, and you've got one of the best sounding systems available right now. Definitely recommend this sub!

Sub of Gods

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I bought this and hooked it up in my 94 cadillac, with a 2000watt amp and a ported box. I started bumping it at a quarter gain and it slaps so hard!!!!!!! This sub shocked the hell out of all my friends and is one of the loudest I have heard at my school, not to mention i haven't even turned it up past half so far until it is all the way broken in. It is defiantly quality bass that u can feel. It is like a back massager for the people sitting in the back seats! Because of this i will never buy a speaker that is not Alpine.

Holy ****!!!

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I had two Kicker comps (C15's) in my truck and blew both within two weeks. I bought two of these with the knowledge alpine had great subwoofers. They have accurate bass without the distortion the comps had when the volume was high. The hit so hard my rearview mirror shook off!! I recommend these to anyone who wants alot o bass. Great product!!! YOU CANT BEAT ALPINE!

This Sub Pounds!

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I ordered one of these bad boys so far for my project on my car. I''m fitting two of these suckers in a 1996 Mazda MX-6 in their own custom sealed boxes. The only bad thing was when I received the Sub, i discovered a small crack on one of the supports from the metal frame. But with Sonic Electronix's customer service, it was no problem working it out and now I'm getting another brand new one. I know these things are good cause my friend has one and it honestly feels like your getting punched in the back when its cranked :)

i have two of these in my 98 Chevy blazer four door. there in a slot ported box tuned to 38 hertz. i recently won a car show hitting 153.8 db on a term lab pro meter. i work at a shop and I'm running two dual 2s with a 1500 on each. that's 1500 rms 3000 max at 14.8 volts. they take every bit.

INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

This sub is awesome!!! I'll be as honest as I can, it isn't much for high bass, but the low mids and lows are absolutely mind blowing! I've only had mine for about a week and its still breaking in so I don't have it turned all the way up but it blows away my old lanzar 15 by a billion miles. If you're looking for a good rock solid sub definitely go for the Alpine Type R. You will not be disappointed!! And not to mention this thing is huge! At least a good 30 pounds or more and well built. It says 750 rms but I'm pushing 900 rms to it and it doesn't smell funny or anything, so if your worried about that it will take more power than rated.

Great for the $$$

I have two of these in my Chevy Avalanche, 8cu ft box tuned to 33Hz, running on a hifonics Bxi2607D, and its pretty insane. They sound great and clear, but also have the ability to get retarded loud as well. Also, these subs can take much more than there rated power of 750RMS. mine are getting about 1100RMS watts a piece and they do just fine.

Love The Bass

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

My alpine is a beast. It's a jaw dropper when people look in the back of my 2000 ford ranger. Ive given it all ive got and havent been able to do anything damaging to it yet. I ran a 2200w SPL amp and fried the amp pounding it a little too hard. Got another amp on the way and the beast will roar again. I highly recomend this sub. It's fun to watch the last cone start to move and feel the waves through the seat, steering wheel, roof, Ohh and my roof and back portion of the cab flex with the bass. It's a head turner and a seat shaker. Don't believe me try out in a ported box. I fiber-glassed the inside of my box. Huge difference.

Be warned

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I bought this thinking it would be awesome, and it was. I had it in a sealed enclosure and it would kick super hard. It sounded amazing. However, just today, it broke just like my buddies type r-12 did. I was in the car listening to music and then the bass stopped. I checked my amp and the amp was fine, but upon inspecting the subwoofer, I found that the spider had broken off and could no longer move. I'm starting to notice this trend because I know some other people who's type r has broken on the spider as well.

KILLER LOWS!!!

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I have two of these monsters in a 6 cubic ft. custom made 1" MDF Ported box tuned to 36hz.. I got them wired down to 2ohms on to a Kicker ZX2500.1 with gains @ roughly 70% so they get well over 850 RMS a Piece (& can easily lift two more) DAILY and boy does my truck slam!! For my power source I got an Optima Yellow Top Under the Hood Big 3 Upgrade & used nothing But 0Guage. The Real Low Bass Notes sound Brutal Yet Clean and Strong not muddy and distorted. The subs take the power like a walk in the park Literally & Alpine is known to underrate their products.. I Definitely Recommend These!

This amp is legit ignore the rookies talking trash.

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I've been installing custom systems 15 years now and this amp is one of the best bang per buck I've ever purchased. For those saying it underpowered are either dumb or don't know how to properly wire a amp to the right ohm. I clamp tested this amp and at 1ohm 1channel it put out 1786 watts which is damn close to 1800 watts as rated. Those are real numbers in a real test not it "seems like" or just saying it as others who low rated this. I've owned it 3 months now and so far so good but I will say unlike many I mount my amps properly on a amp rack and NEVER on the box or where it will recieve a lot of vibrations. Bottom line is this amp rocks if you need more power than 1800 watts then get the 5k version.

OK for high bass

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I bought 2 of these dual 4 ohms wired them down to 1 ohm in a custom box they played high clean bass, but not the hard ground shaking bass like my kickers CVX's😨 .my cvr kicker's even had the alpine's beat by a long shot.unless you like the high 120 hz bass go with kickers. 37 hz to 80 hz kicker's destroys the inside panels and ceiling lights in tahoe's I just replaced my ceiling lite globe $44.00 from the dealer😲.another thing watch your gain setting with alpine's you will smoke them if not set proper 😭

What a deal! Best bang for your buck

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

When i first saw this amp i was hesitant because it was so cheap and i had never heard of Belva before. After doing my research online i read a lot of good things and thought i would take the risk and get it.

WOW, so glad i did. It's only been 1 month since i got it but I'm super impressed. It definitely puts out the 1800W it claims, well maybe not since i have no amp dyno but i'd say it pouts out at LEAST 1500W rms. anyways, the amp pounds, it doesn't really get too hot at all even in the hot summer temps and it was a great deal. I have yet to see any other amp put out this much power for the price. I've already recommended this amp and other belva products to a few of my friends.

I will update this review in a year if i can because 1 month is too soon to really say this amp was a great deal, but if it still works in a year i'd say i got my moneys worth easily and if it lasts ever longer well thats even better!

had two oldschool earthquake 12's wired @1 ohm. sounded ok hit 129db. each earthquake was rated at 500watts rms/ coil, total 1000/sub.

i just added 2 kicker l7's rated @ 750watts rms each, wired the subs @2ohms

now the belva BB3000 is rated @ 1260watts @2ohms. believe it or not ,it is like i doubled my bass. i acually didnt think that the amp would produce enough for all 4 subs. man was i surprised. absolutely a steal for the money.

15" Alpine Type R

The following review is for SWR-1542D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I am running this subwoofer with an Alpine MRX M110 Amplifier, and this thing slams. If you are a basshead and enjoy slow, or long bass beat driven beats, this subwoofer will greatly enhance your sound system. Unless you have a higher-end amplifier, do not expect amazing sound response on quick-beats. Loud and Smooth on sloppy bass as some call it, but tends to lag a small amount on quick bass.(Due to the size of the woofer, not by fault of the makers)

Great amp!

The following review is for BB3000D, which is a part of the bundle you are viewing.

I have this amp wired down to 2 ohms running a 15" Kicker CompR in a sealed box in a 2003 Sequoia and it SLAMS. I have the gain set to roughly 40% and I ran the bass knob to the front and have it under my dash - definitely a necessity with this beast of an amp. I tried turning up the gain on the amp and it honestly gave me too much bass. This is the kind of amp that gives you so much power you WILL shake your windows, make your rear view mirror drop, vibrate your car, the car next to you, etc. It provides extremely clear lows and I have never heard distortion. I have had the amp for 2 years now and I only have one complaint - the amp itself does not have fuses so you will need to have a strong fuse on your cable to the battery in order to protect the amp. I turned the volume up on my head unit and turned the bass knob to nearly its maximum one time and after a few bass hits that I honestly thought were going to break a window, the amp shut off to protect itself from the excess wattage. It then turned back on when I lowered the volume. I think this clipping-prevention feature is a must have, and really appreciate that Belva included it. Overall, a really overlooked brand and an underrated product. You will not regret purchasing this.
