This is a great amp power kit! I've bought three of them for different cars that I have owned. The cables are excellent quality and easy to route.

Nice install kit!

This is a quality kit with true 8 AWG wire. Has a high strand count and very flexible. The only con i have with the kit is they give you a ring terminal and spade for the ground wire but only a single ring terminal for the power wire but no spade to connect to your amp. I don't understand that but it's not a big deal. I would buy this again.

Great kit for the money

This was the least expensive kit I could find to install my sub. It worked fine and had all the bits and pieces needed. Didn't really want blue wire but I wire-loomed everything anyway so it doesn't show up. Recommended!

RCA cables are thin and cheap. Other than that it is a good kit with everything you could need.

Bang for the buck!

This is by no means Kicker quality... But it is also by no means Kicker price. You get what you pay for. For a CHEAP entry level system, this is sufficient. Wouldn't push it all that hard though.

Awesome install kit

I'm running four 8" subs off of two 175watt RMS amps, and the cables don't even get hot, even at very high levels.

1.5 years after install, they are holding up just fine.

Comes with good quality gold plated connectors that don't fall off.

If you are resourceful, this has enough cables do do an install on two cars.

What more could I ask for?

Very good quality cable with high quality insulation. The hardware that came with it was of high quality too... better than most generic electronic connections.

I wish the power cable was a bit longer, though... ended up using it and the ground cable just for the positive line. Finding more wire isn't hard, but it was an inconvenience.

The ground and power wires are coated with thin plastic instead of the red or blue braided heavier coating. If you get a tiny slit or cut in them you will lose the amp for awhile and have to get another $30 install kit so be careful with those two wires.

Overall this kit was very nice and of good quality. It does include connectors, grommets, 1 single spade connector, 1 butt connector etc. However those little accessories are very low quality and I would suggest buying your own from the local hardware store.

However, the wires and fuse themselves were very good quality and I would buy again.

Thinner than I thought it would be

Just ordered the exact same product in 8 gauge from a different site. when it arrive I compared it to othe pieces of 8 gauge wire I had and appeared to be about half as much metal/wire as the other pieces I had. Im not sure if this is low quality or not I havnt hooked it up to any amp yet but it just seems more like 10 gauge wire than 8 gauge wire

Great subs!!

These subs hit as hard as my friends 2 15's. Crazy loud for 12's. They also get extremely low which most 12's wont. Get these subs they are truly amazing!!!!

these hit great

OK i wrote a review on these a while back. Turns out these speakers will slam if u do them up right. I got them in a 4 cubic foot box filled with polyfil. i have them wired in series so they are 4ohm now and im powerin them with a 1000 wat sony xplod amp and 4 guage amp kit. All i gotta say is u should get these.

not what i expected

idk if i have them in to big of a box or if i am over powering them, but they sound like garbage. i will not buy another one of these subs. i have 2 of them powered by a lanzar 800 wat amp and in a 3cubic foot box.

I have 4 kicker comp subs powered by a kicker 1000 wat dx amp they hit great so great i blew 1 and froze 2 up so only got 1 working sub lol but i love kickers hands down both of my cars all kicker sound doors and tweeters i love kicker now its just a matter of time before i go and buy 3 more kicker comp 12's and i will be banging and having the baddest system where i live.

Love these subs im running them off a 300watt crossfire amp (bridged) and they hit hard for cheap ...great for first timers or quick bass.

Best Amp Kit Around

Great amp kit, this will be the third car i've bought this for including a hybrid and i've seen it go through two iterations and them changing the fuse holder so you know they're listening to complaints. My only complaint still is you have to buy a second RCA when you buy it. Never had any of the cables be cut by anything on accident or anything i did have an old alpine amp that would cause one of the braids to fray but that was the amps fault. Yeah its not your beefy zero gauge stuff but not everyone wants or most of all can afford that. Overall great cables, great discreet fuse holder, includes all you need at a great price.

Get what you pay for

This kit gets the job done, but don't expect anything beyond that. Not that I'm complaining, it was the cheapest kit I could find on this site. If you are running 500 watts or less this is the kit for you. If you got a couple mofo's you should get a better kit.

Decent amp kit for the money. True 8ga copper, very flexible making it easy to route. I enjoy the type of fuse holder they give with the kit. The crimps are nice. The rcas are on par. I enjoy the attention to detail with the color combination. I'm using this kit to run a Soundstorm sv.200 amp, works just fine. Plenty of length on my good ole toyota pickup (94).

Awesome Deal!

No need of a huge review here. Very sturdy, carpeting is great, leaves me with alot of space in my trunk. It holds 2 kicker CVR's that are 1600 watts max. Wont be dissapointed if you buy this! I've had it for 6 months and not a single problem!

The better option

The power and ground wires in this kit might be slightly less than 8 gauge. But still close enough that they will work fine for most amps that work wire 8 gauge input. Cables are long enough to reach the back of just about any car. And a kit is much more convenient and cheaper than having to buy all the pieces separately.

Solid As A Rock

Box was bought for the Pioneer 3000 watt 12" Subs and its a Perfect Match for them plus,it saves trunk space. Subs Mounting Holes are nice cut. However,I did add a extra lining of polyfil but,it was nothing to it. "GOOD BOX" For Subs that requires small enclosures!

I recommend this to anyone getting their first subwoofer system. These things put out a lot of power and they sound wonderful. I can't think of anything wrong with these subs. They get the job done and then some. Get them.

I have had many complements from friends seeing this box in action and it even hits harder than some ported boxes. My friends own with the same subs I guess the filling inside really makes the difference but the only down side is that the box is rather small in person but that gives u more trunk space. Overall the box does its job just fine.

Nice box, no screws

Box is fantastic. Comes with padding, perfectly sized. My dual 12 inchers sound fantastic.

Great box!

I received this box with a bass combo deal, and I wasn't expecting the best quality. But when I received it I was pleasantly surprised. It is made of 3/4 inch MDF which makes it solid and heavy and very sturdy. Its sealed nicely and I have had no air leaks whatsoever, my only complaint is the use of cheap binding posts. Prefab boxes can work just fine, you just have to pay close attention to the air requirements of your sub and that of the box.

Great Box for a Great Price.

Put my 2 Rockford P2D2 12's in here along with my Hifonics 1000 RMS amp. These things slam in my Regal. Recommendation to people with older cars and higher wattage systems, dynomat your trunk, and better yet the rest of your car. You will enjoy the quality of your sound so much more. If you have the money I say it's well worth it. Also make sure your license plates are secure on your car, no one likes trunk rattle. Overall I give this Sub Box 4.9 stars. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a second layer of polyfil, it's pretty thin with just one layer. Wasn't a big deal, I went and picked up a bag of polyfil for around $5 and lined it myself.

What can you say?, It's a box, like many other boxes, it is kind of cubed shaped, and well, like a box.. Seems to be put together well, hook ups were provided, NICE, as far as boxes go, it is a nice one for the money. Does just what it is supposed to do, converts trunk space to loud thumping.. I'm happy with it, neighbors not so much, lol..

Bought this box in with the 2 keenwood bundle with the amp kit havent tried the amp out yet but I have installed the subs in the box an only on 70rms from my Sony stereo they hit real real good so I do recommend this product to everyone who likes really clean deep bass

I would highly recommend for testing and for first time installers quick and simple to install.thu it lacks the bass knob port its fine for first users or for mids later on.

I am very impressed with this sound system. It's pretty loud! I am a very big fan of kicker. The only downfall about this package is the speaker enclosure box was bumped up a little bit, but other than that great sound system so far.

These slap!

Do NOT be fooled by the wattage and rms rating of these kickers!! These are my first subs/amp and my first time installing an aftermarket radio, of course I had a friend help me but wow I haven't even broken them in and you can hear them from down the street! The polyester fiber they give you really does make a difference, especially in my 4runner. Awesome buy.
