AKG K374

With 100 Hrs of Burn in I can tell you these are FUN in ears. Definitely not for the faint of Heart. Very Efficient (Loud). Not exactly an audiophile caliber Headphone. Highs are subdued but NOT silibant, good Mids, But an insane amount of Bass. Not quite Beats Bass but a lot more than My Senn IE8s which are considered by many as Bass-Heavy. Great depth to the Soundstage which is somewhat narrow.

Like I said, If you just want to ROCK and ROLL, crank these puppies up. For the Money there aren't much better choices.

Great headphones!

These are probably the best headphones for audiophiles in their price range. The sound is outstanding, particularly when listened to from a computer using an external DAC such as the Meridian Explorer or Dragonfly. The portability is very good - they fold into a case - and the noise cancellation is excellent.

Great Value

These are my first expensive earbuds. Before these I only used what came with my Galaxy series phonesand I had recently bought the Jlabs Q1M Boqari earbuds. They were ok, but the mids were too high and over all clarity was eh. I bought the K347 for about $60 off of ebay and what a great value. Really really good sound. Clear highs, good mids, and nice deep bass that doesnt overwhelm or over power other frequencies. The build is nice and sturdy feeling. I wish there was a mic on these but thats why theres the K375 series. Overall, these are good sounding earbuds at this price and feel sturdy enough to last. When and if you buy earbuds, make sure to break them in before you blast them. I plugged these into my laptop with the valume a little lower then half way and play music for about 2 days, give rest every 3-4 hours. I am happy with these :)

Nice earbuds

I owned an AKG K324p before, and in my opinion they are very similar regarding the sound quality. Which is great!
The AKG K374 however, are very nicely finished. The real metallic look is great, and probably will last.
The only problem is that they kind of hurt my Ears after long use. It is not a rubber problem, but more related to the metal touching my ear.
