wow amazing cap

i bought this thinking it wasn't going to work but its amazing for its price this is a good deal if ur lights flicker when ur system is on then buy this.

very nice

i got this for a rockferd t1500-1 db amp, my lights dont even wince, flicker, or bother anything that i have in the electronic parts.

good stabilization

My voltage had a tendency to drop when it hit hard and after adding this my voltage is now rock solid. The mount is a little cheap but does the job, and the resister included for charging it is really small and would take forever to charge, so I had to use a bigger one. Definitely would recommend adding to any large system.

Great product

I had it for more than a 6 months and it really did help out with dimming lights. After the 6 months I did the big 3 upgrade and that got rid of all the dimming lights. would recommend this to anyone who is a first time bass head who just wants to get rid of the dimming ligths but a big 3 upgrade is in plans.

great for the money

This capacitor works great for the amp and sub i have (alpine v-power amp with a 12" Polk sub). i bought this capacitor to help save wear on my battery but along with that my sub hits harder as well. This capacitor will work great with any amp up to 500 watts RMS.

Couldnt be more satisfied

This cap is amazing. My amp puts out 600w rms, and I have absolutely no flicker to my headlights. It upped the voltage of my entire vehicle, my voltage sits at 14.5v when I idle now. When I bump with the music all the way up it does not drop below 13.8v and pops back up to 14.5 right when I turn my volume back down. It has nice blue LED's that flash, but are not to bright. Voltage meter is right on. This is an excellent cap, I strongly recommend it.

This Amp is good only for temporary uses and not for long term uses, because it got very hot and keeping shutting off.

good value

use this mostly to pretty up the trunk of my Tiburon and help drive my 2 Memphis 12's that are driven by a 1000 watt Memphis 2 channel. Works great and no issues. Seems like a good value to price ratio.

Saved my battery from a beating and increased my bass. Took me a lot longer than what it said on the instructions to charge the cap but still a great buy.

Dimming but good sound

I bought this knowing the controversy about caps working or not but I took a gamble anyway. My headlights dimmed and I needed something to fix it but I didn't want to pay the money for a big 3 upgrade, battery, or alternator. This was cheap so I bought it even after I read many articles on how capacitors were useless. I just installed mine in today and tested it out at night. The highlights still dimmed. :/ I can't say I'm completely disappointed though, it didn't fix the lights, but in my opinion it sounds better. Plus either way it looks pretty cool with the LEDs and number screen.

To sum it up, -buy it if you want cleaner, better sounding bass.

-don't buy it if you want it to stop headlight dimming. Trust me! I've looked it up, didn't believe it, and made the mistake myself.

waste of money

I made the mistake thinking 2 farads would make a difference. Waste of time and money. Get a battery w/ 100 farads and solve your dimming issues.

This cap works ok it didnt stop my headlight dimming completely but at least i can see at night now i would recommend this to a friend

Well I have a 400w MTX amplifier and two 12" JL Audio W6 and when I turn the bass up my lights still dim, but not as much as they used to.. Well I like the capacitor it works good and it gives the amp more bass for sure. I would recommend this to some one else.

awsome cap

This capacitor is amazing! I bought it mainly cuz it was cheap and I needed one but it turned out to be awesome. It has cool blue lights and really saves your car battery, lights don't dim or nothing

its okay

I bought this for my 1200 watt Hifonics Brutus amp powering a 15 inch Type-R in my 99 blazer to help with the dimming lights. I am a little disappointed because my lights still dim when i crank my radio up =( It did make a little difference and upped my voltage to 14.88. The capacitor itself looks good and has a nice display on it. I also like the two little lights on it and they flash every time a bass note hits. I'm probably getting the Kinetik HC 600 next but I'm definitely still keeping this in my system (Its looks good). For 30 bucks and free shipping its worth it, especially if you have anything under a 600 watt system.

loving it, loving it, loving it.

Gotta love SonicElectronix for this one great price and even greater performance. Probably not one of those high end competition caps but does the job almost just as well. I see no difference in a Rockford cap rather than this Absolute cap. Still keeping my subs kicking hard love it highly highly highly recommend it.

the best for the price

I bougth this absolute cap to fix dimming the ligths on my car due to my high draw of power from my JL Audio 1000.1 amplifier. After I installed the cap I noticed the sound diference and all my ligths comes bright again without any dimming at all.
