A great way to keeps kids quiet on a long trip!!!!!!

I absolutely love the DFL-1300IR, I own a minivan and researched before buying one. And by all means the DFL-1300IR is the best value for your money. Some units installed when I called some shops were a minimun of $1000 for a much smaller unit installed. I received the TV in about 5 days. I do know something about electronics and therefore the DFL-1300IR was a breeze for me to install. The kids love watching it on long trips!!!! Thanx

VERY GOOD INVESTMENT!!!! This plays every kind of format you can record to watch on a DVD player. It is perfect for our Mini-van. The size is perfect and once we found the best radio station to tune it to in our area, it has been a pure blessing! The lights are not real bright but we have interior lights that we use so we do not need the one on the player. The kids love it and love to go places now. We have a 20 to 40 minute ride to get to any place we go so this has made our ride a much more enjoyable adventure! I would recommend this player to friends, family or a stranger. We have had it for a few months and have had NO problems with it. We priced them and compared features for a few months before buying this one and now I wish we would have went ahead and bought is a few months before we did. My husband installed it in a few hours and had it playing movies in less than a total of 3 hours. This has been the best thing we have purchased in months. We recommend that you have someone install it if you are not a handy person that can do things like this with ease. Other than that we think you can not go wrong with the Absolute DFL1300IR. If your family would enjoy watching movies going down the road this is the way to go!! The wireless earphones are the best thing too!! We love it and know you will be pleased especially for the money you will spend!!! I can not tell you just exactly how good a deal this is but if you buy it you will agree once its installed and you have a little time to enjoy it! THANKS SONICELECTONIX!!!! Absolute DFL-1300IR

We purchased this DVD player for our van 6 months ago. It has been a blessing to our family. The kids have totally went from hating to have to do errands or going on trips period to loving it. I would recommend this player to anyone that is looking. There are to many pros to list. But I do have to say the only reason that we have not given this player a 5 star is because it does have a con: It worked perfectly for 3 months. After that it started hanging up on movies that are purchased from stores. It plays movies that are burnt or on memory perfectly. I would give this player a 4.7 if I could give a flat rate. Also my husband is mechanically inclined in many ways so for us he installed it and had it totally playing with sound in less than 2 hours. We have had to move it 1 time from one vehicle to another and he had it uninstalled in 15 minutes and put in the second vehicle again in less than 2 hours. WE LOVE IT!!!!!
