got these for my escort wagon and after a little bit of alterations got them to fit alright in the stock spots just had to cut out some room for the tweeters. sound pretty good don't carry alot of bass but has verry crisp and clear highs and decent mids. these are great for anyone just looking to stick some new speakers in there ride. nothing really special about them other than the price. absolute is a decent brand that makes pretty durable products for a verry low price.

a great value
i had these in my ride for about 6 months running off my head unit and i always felt they where lacking in bass so i got a sub and the whole deal sounding great. recently i replaced these with alpine type s of the same size coasting over twice as much. thinking i would get a clearer louder sound. however the alpines don't get as loud or really sound as good. i'm very disappointed in alpine and they use to be my favorite brand. considering putting these back in my ride and selling the alpines.
