Works as described.......

I have had this installed about a week now and it is working fine. I bought this item to allow me to cut the power to the system and be able to pull the amps & sub box out to allow for more room in trunk when traveling. I would recommend this product.

Great for system

I put this in my system and I haven't had any problems with it. However, the plastic holes for screws I think were a little on the cheap side. I broke one trying to screw it into my seatback. I had cut the other one off and then mount it with JBWeld to some aluminum and then mount that. Other than that, I'm glad I have it just in case. It's its own insurance for your amps (I run two off of it).

Workhorse

This thing is great! I used to pop fuses like asprin, but haven't popped this one once!
Iim running a 2400 and 1500 watt amp under this single fuse, crank it as loud as you woant it wont blow!

Great Product!

Used with battery relocation to my trunk, works excellent and looks great, no issues whatsoever, would recommend to anyone.

best thing to sliced bread

No more loose or blown fuses. Install and thats it. I will never use an inline fuze again and dont have to wait for a fuze to get shipped to me because no one caries them. Will recommend to all.

Versatile

A versatile utility, but I wouldn't use it to replace regular fuses. I use it as a manual on/off switch for my system and it works just fine (and hasn't gone out yet - I've been afraid the constant flicking off and on might wear it out).

I do want to note that even though it says 4 gauge, it doesn't really accept 4 gauge all that well (at least, true 4 gauge). You will have to shave some of the line off to get 4 gauge to fit in there.

Cool little product. Built a little on the cheap side, you have to be carefull on how hard you tighten the mounting screws. Great deal

Great Product

This product is out standing. Honestly probably the best thing to happen to the audio world since they invented fuses. Easy to install, easy to work with, easy to turn of power to your amp with a push of a button. All around great product the price is perfect for the product. It did the trick and it was nicely packaged and shipped to my house in a little less than 3 days. I highly recommend this product if you have problems or don't want to keep buying fuses. I have a power acoustic 5500 watt pushing two 10" Alpine type R's and its very nice.

Good Product

I highly recommend this product as an alternative to blown fuses. The convenience of just pushing a button to cut power off to service amplifiers is so convenient. I wish my shipping didn't cost as much as the product.
