Sounds great! Only one issue...
First of all, I highly recommend this subwoofer. I bought this to replace two 10s because I wanted my trunk back without sacrificing the bass. I was able to put it in a normal sized box and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations this subwoofer can handle 400 watts easily, and it has no problems handling the 500 watts RMS from the sub channel of my Powerbass 1100.5 amp. This woofer is definitely shallow mount but it plays best in a sealed 1.0 cu ft box. The only minor problem I had with it is the installation. I had to use my Dremel to slightly widen the standard opening on my Q-logic box to get it to fit, plus the terminals (those little orange squares in the picture) are on the extreme edge of the mounting surface, so feed those wires in carefully! Once mounted in my trunk, I was more than satisfied and the sub plays clean and low. You can run more than one of these and satisfy the basshead in you, but one is plenty for high volume with the windows down without blasting the neighborhood. You'll only rattle the house you park next to.
