Great Deal!

I purchased this a couple weeks ago, and I must say i'm very happy. The app you can get to fine tune the stereo is sweet, the Bluetooth works awesome, it has just about everything you can think of. I would recommend it to anyone, in fact I'm buying another one for my wife's car. I always wanted a Alpine but never thought they where that good. I can say that this deck made my speakers sound so much better, and well worth the money.

Clean sound, TunIT app is great

The sound quality and controls are really great. Separate HPF and LPF is great. Highly recommend using the TuneIT app from phone as it makes adjusting the 9 band parametric EQ easy. It also gives you the ability to easly compare your current sound with a setting that you have saved. Without the TuneIT phone app, the 9 band EQ was not comfortable for me to adjust from the buttons on the deck. Before I got the phone interface, I liked my CDE 152 better because it had a 3 band parametric EQ that was easy to adjust from the desk. I just went out and got a $30 android phone from Walmart to use the TuneIT app. Once you use the phone interface, it is hard to go back to using the buttons on the deck because the app is so cool. You don't even need the phone to be activated just to use the interface as it connects by blue tooth. However, you will need internet access if you want to save and recall you settings as they are not stored locally. If I want to save a setting, I just let the $30 phone connect to my home wifi while I am in the driveway. Have not used the Bluetooth calling feature.
