Sound Quality And Radio Reception are both very good

I am very happy with my purchase. I was having trouble with my prior radio/CD (an old Pioneer). Reception on certain stations was marginal and very subject to location. Sound quality was just OK with the Pioneer.

I had installed an Alpine before in an older Volvo Wagon. It was expensive but a wonderful piece of equipment. I decided to start looking for another one for my current car with the hopes that I could find an Alpine with the same performance but at a cost effectvie price. And the CDE-9872 fits the bill.

Great Budget In-Dash

When it comes to in-dash units, /////Alpine is the best hands down. I bought this from Sonic some time ago on a budget system build and it was great.

This Cd player is one of the best cd players any one could buy. i have recommended it to people because i love it . Very easy to use, you learn how to use it pretty quick.

What more do you need to know. Long time been the best in the business for cd decks. Awesome colors and features! So much fun to play with, controls the ipod as if you the ipod was in you hand! Highly recommended!!!

Very nice stereo. Very, Very Clear, i just got it the other day and am still tuning it, but when i find a good setting it gets very loud and is very nice looking in the dash of my car. I got the iPod wire for it and it is very nice. doesn't take long to find the song you are looking for, while driving down the highway at 60. Alpine makes the best stereo. This cheaper Alpine is better than most of the stereos expensive stereos out there.
