Alpine is my choice
I can recommend this changer! I have installed this product on my trunk and its playing nicely with my alpine headunit! It's very reliable cd changer. Even those cd's with scratches that didn't work on my headunit, worked without a problem on the changer. I could say that the laser-readinghead on this product is very good quality!

Alpine 6 disc changer
I personally did not have this item, but my friend had it in his car. This was a very reliable cd changer that played mp3's and serves him well. It has never skipped and can read almost any cd, no matter how many scratches are on it. As long as you find a good location for it, it is the best product you could have. Definitely the best cd changer i have ever seen and well worth the extra money. Alpine did well with this product.
