good so far
So far the deck is good. Mechless so it doesn't have a cd/dvd player. I got it for the Bluetooth and that works good. I have a 5th generation ipod and a s5 active and I tried to hook it up to both and neither one of them are supported with the included usb. It will charge both of them but wont play music or videos or anything. But I got it for the Bluetooth so the usb not recognizing it doesn't bother me. I also got the alpine 445u power pack...the "u" stands for universal. Get the 445a. its made for alpine head units. Also get the pac tr-7 to bypass the hand brake and foot brake. If you don't hook those 2 wires up to hand brake and foot brake you wont be able to watch videos. And more importantly it wont let you enter your settings. No audio settings. Shoot you cant even change the time on your clock without them being hooked up or by passed with the tr-7

Nice unit
I mostly use this for bluetooth streaming from my android phone. It works well and displays the song info and such. I haven't had much chance to use it in depth, but I would say it has been worth it.
