Worth the money

this amp is worth what there asking i bought this amp when it first came out for $500 and it is perfect this amp is more than enough power for your insides i have 5 speakers on it and i cant even turn the level half way up because this amp puts out so much when its bridged running at 4ohm this amp is the best amp for the price gets a little warm to the touch but never shut off so other than that iv never had a problem with this amp

Crisp, Clean & Powerful

This amp is plenty powerful for mids and highs. It pushes my door speakers (Boston SX-60 fr.; S-65 rr) to levels far exceeding the realms of comfortable. The built in crossover is set to 65Hz. Like I said mids and highs. I have not had any issues with over heating or clipping. This is a high quality amp at a bargain basement price

just what i needed.

previously had a 125x4 mtx amp powering my highs and it sounded good, hooked this up to 4 Sony XPlod 6.5s and its so clean and loud. love the simplicity and compactness.

This is a great amp

I love alpine. This amp sound great with my component speakers from alpine and my kenwood 6x9's. I don't have any problems pushing both sets.

Great amp at a great price!

This amp was so easy to set up! I have it hooked to my 9886 CD Player to power 2 sets of Infinity references and they sound great! Clarity, power, no clipping, what more can you ask for!? Not to mention it bears the Alpine name so you know it'll be a quality product.

Great Amp for first setup

I purchased this amp to run the components for the front doors. I have the amp bridged for the 100x2 at 4ohms setup. efficient clean power. I don't even have the gain up that much and its already more then I can handle. It does get warm to the touch after an hour of use. Only thing its missing is an option to run active setup

Great Product

I originally bought a Pioneer Premier DEH-P490iB with 4 Infinity Reference 6812cf Speakers for my 2000 F150. I hooked everything up and thought is sounded alright but felt my system was still lacking something....this AMP!...I run all 4 speakers in 4-Channel mode, mids and highs sound great and it produces a good amount of bass, don't feel like I even need a sub. This Amp is amazing, really brought my system to life, highly reccomended

power for a ittle thing

i am always surprised by alpine. There amps are so small but they put out loud clean bass. When i connected this amp to my infinity components and 3-way 6x9 i wasnt expecting a lot but to my surprise it made my speakers sound great. I know am not pushing them to the max with this amp but i love the way it sounds.

Big improvement in sound

I recently had this Alpine amp installed in my 06 Monte Carlo. It's running with my factory radio, and through Kicker speakers in the doors and Pioneer 5 way speakers in the back. It was a huge improvement in the sound than with the factory amp. I was expecting a little more of a power boost, but the amp is only 40 watts a channel. If I get a factory radio in the future it will sound even better. I am very satisfied with the amp so far, and I would highly recommend it anyone looking for an amp that won't blow your budget. Thanks sonic for a quality amp and a far better price than retail.

Excellent for door speakers

I just installed this in my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 to power 4 infinity door speakers. (one pair of Infinity 6x9's and one pair of Diamond 6")
The system sounds so nice and compliments my two 10" Infinity subs well.
The amp is very durably built too.
