alpine pxa upgrade from h100 to h800
I really wanted more adjustability with my cars system. the pxa h100 was a good piece but was limited on both inputs and outputs. the pxa h800 solved that for me. it can accept speaker level input on it's RCA jacks and that worked flawlessly. the auto set up was pretty good and allows "tweaking" after it's run. truth I'd my truck never sounded so good. not only did sonic have the best price on it, I also got it right away.
my system consists of Orion hccas, a 150,250, and 275, all active

Nothing will ever compare
I Highly recommend this to anyone doing a factory or after market unit install the quality is just superb. the options are endless, fine tuning capabilities are out of this world. only 1 down fall is the set up can be a little bit confusing at first.

Amazing piece of equipment!
I stepped up from the Alpine H100 to the H800. Seemed like it has an endless amount of options. Quick learning curve. For stealth reasons I did not go with the controller. Opting instead for installing the software on a tablet running Windows. It allowed greater flexibility than the controller.
Did ALL the work myself and ended up being California state champ MECA sound quality in only my second year of competing.
