Purchased the MRV-M1200 Alpine amp which already comes with the previous version of the Rux Knob but figured I'd give this one a try. Best part is the larger db adjustment range with this 2.0 version.

Easy install
Easy installation and works as expected. Disassembles easily for flush mount behind dash, which makes for a very clean install. Just plug it in and it works. It definitely has the dead spot as mentioned on other reviews, but was expecting that. Rux-knob.2 has a higher db adjustment as compared to the original model (20db vs 12db). Worth having installed on your system!

I got it on sale. That was a plus. Alpine always makes great products and i cannot complain about this 1200 watt amp. I have 2 type R’s 12” subs with this amp and alpine single din and type R 6x9 and all sounds amazing recommend to anyone!
