Absolutely Awesome.

I just recently completed my install of these into some custom door pods. Let me tell you, WOW! These are very efficient, and can handle the power. I have 85 watts RMS going to each and yet they're rated at only 50! Clean, clear, and not 'raspy' or 'grainy' when it comes to the tweeters on these components. For an entry level component set, don't be fooled. It has Alpines name on it. The mids pump out accurate midbass. Just don't expect any 'sub' freqencys to be reproduced. Remember, there is a crossover on both parts. They're not made for it. I would recommend that an active crossover be installed as well, or just use your highs amp crossover.
I would recommend these due to the price vs. quality. You can jam with rock, or throw in some classical music. They'll do it all. They are simply unbeatable in any aspect you try to compare them to. And they look cool! I've giving a 3 on the ease of use because you WILL have to read how to install the tweeters on these. No matter how long you have been installing audio equipment

Very good for the price

I was running these off of my Kenwood head unit, with 22 watts RMS, and they still sounded very good. They got as loud as I needed them too, with no distortion, and good SQ. No complaints here. Great product for the price.

Buy these speakers

I have these hooked up to 40 watts and they sing. Great bass, high highs, fantastical mids.
