I connected this to a Kenwood DDX1701HD in my 2012 Dodge Ram. I didn't like that I couldn't use my existing Sirius xm antenna with this unit, but that is a Chrysler issue. My gauges show up on my HU along with other vehicle info. Before purchasing this and a HU make sure to see what functions your vehicle and HU will allow the maestro to do.

I have a older model vehicle so it didn't come with back up cameras and a touch screen head unit. So when I bundled the head unit and the back up camera it made driving my car that much better. It was very easy to install. I literally goes over your license plate and it's one wire that runs to your head unit. Must have if you want the camera. Or if there are a bunch of animals you don't want to hit living around you LOL.

This was one of my easiest installs. Buy the correct harness, wire it with the module, and flash the module before you make the connections in the vehicle. With this radio replacement module, you retain steering wheel controls and with most radios, you will have on screen gauges.

Installed this with ease and was surprised with the quality for this being such an affordable product. the only qualm I have is minor and is hard to avoid. the lens dirties easy and requires you to have relatively clean car to be useful. Short of a dirty lens this thing has me nailing parallel parking on the first go with all my new visibility. will happily buy again for my next project.

I am new to car stereo replacement and had a tough time finding hardware for a 2018 Fiat 500 Lounge. This works great! Even though the dash status monitor provides good vehicle information, this helps make the replacement stereo way more usable, just being able to use volume controls on the steering wheel is reason enough, but the added info for what's going on behind the hood, like engine light errors and tire pressure monitoring have already come in handy as well; and are just neat to have.

Adding a camera
I was skeptical how cheap it was and I already had another version from a company on back of my f250. Price like what the heck let try it on the front of truck see how well it looks working. Wasn't actually bad picture quality was OK for what it's intended for use without spending 200 plus dollars for a front camera downfall is the adjustability of it was fix. But for rear camera no problem at all with nice metal frame which alot of others are plastic.

Wish I knew about this sooner but glad I have it. Love the fact my deck also allows obd hook up thru Maestro RR so it shows gauges on my deck. Gauges that I don’t normally have. Basically taps the vehicles diagnostic and displays on HU. Unfortunately my vehicle doesn’t support all the cool functions but I’m sure yours will. Control climate from deck, vehicle sensors, vehicle codes etc.
