Good for small space
I have this in a custom built 0.8 cu ft box behind my seat in my single cab ford ranger. It is getting powered by a 1000 watt 2 channel Sony amp bridged at 4 ohms so the sub is getting around 400 watts RMS which is well above the rating for it but handles it fine every day for my 30 min drives to college. This sub shakes everything in my truck, just don't expect it to be like a $150+ regular mount sub. This sub is louder than most subs around its price but that could also be due to the small area of the cab and I'm sitting less than 6 inches from the sub. But overall this is a great sub if you need a shallow mount and don't have a lot of money to spend, and don't be afraid to push the sub it can handle it (that is why it has a warranty anyways!)
