Absolutely does not fit the deck I bought!

Sonic put this in my cart to go with the deck that I bought. It absolutely does not fit, even after doing a ton of modifications. Waste of my time and money! Cant return it due to modifying it. DOES NOT WORK WITH A JENSEN MPR2110!

This unit came with a single din CD player. I installed it in an 03 Silverado. It required some modification to get the trim ring to mount on the cd player. Their are other mounting kits that fit better that may be worth looking into to get a flusher look for this particular application.

Nice Dash Kit

Dash kit comes with several different mounting tabs to accommodate all the vehicles this kit can be used on, so be prepared to do a little fabricating. I found that a small, sharp pair of wire cutters works nicely to cut off the tabs I had to remove for a 2003 Grand Am GT. Once all the necessary tabs are removed for your vehicle, it snaps together fairly easily. As it is plastic, look for any extra burrs that might be in the way of snapping kit together if you're having issues assembling, and don't be afraid to use a LITTLE force to get pieces in place and snapped together, I had to. If you're using the kit for a single din and are going to use the pocket, insert the pocket from the rear after the front plate and mounting brackets are snapped together. Pretty solid and flush with no noticeable gaps if done properly. I would buy again if necessary.
