Not 0.8 cu ft as Marketed
Picked this guy up because it's advertised cu ft interior volume is 0.8 which my subwoofer requires .79 cu ft. Subtract my sub's displacement of 0.019 cu ft and I should have .781. After installing it I was having some tuning issues at certain frequencies. I decided to measure the inside of my Atrend box and the interior measurements are:
side to side width= 23.25"
front face height= 5.5"
rear face height= 3"
magnet clearance interior cutout= .625" x Ø7.0"
subwoofer opening= .75" x Ø9.125".
Calculating volume is pretty easy so I hope I didn't mess up but I'm getting a total of 0.666 cu ft. Maybe that's the reason why my tuning is messed up for my subwoofer.
