Installed myself. Easy!! I would Recommend AudioControl EPIC-160 to anyone who wants a stereo!!!! Epic-160 is AWSOME!!!!!

pretty accurate

Easy to install and works great . dB meter is fairly accurate compared to term lab on 1 to 2 db off.

Epic 160

I owned a Epic Center way back in the day (late 90's) and when I built my current system, adding one was a must. The 160 brings to life all the great 80's music, and current that I listen to. My 12" Alpine type X slams beautifully with this device. The only downside to the 160 is you have to tune it to each song, but you will get the hang of it after a week or two. Installation was simple, although if it were a true1/2 DIN it would be better. Minor trimming to the tray under the head unit was a breeze. If you want to feel bass the way it was meant to be felt, then the Epic 160 is a must!!!

Great product

Product is great! Unlike a remote bass knob for an amplifier, you can change frequency and bandwidth being attenuated. The spl/voltage meter is a nice touch as well. I have been a fan of AudioControl since the original Epicenter.

this is an awsome piece of equiment

this thing has improved my system, and i love that it tells me the db/volts i love it and i love using it to compare my friends and my system's db since i got this i found out my system hit 150db i compete with my system which is only 1 12" sub

Clean

This thing brought my subs to life. What a difference. AudioControl has outdone themselves with this. I turn it off every once and again just to remember what bass sounded like before going high-tech. Unbelievable difference, wouldn't create another system without it.

Great product A+

Work's really good! I would tell anyone to buy this item if they are looking for a good bass reconstructor! I love the fact that it's mounted indash! Only thing that I didn't really like is the fact that it doesnt have lighting around the knob's. But other wise it's a really good item!

it's a good product, and it gives me the bass my music was lacking. i would like better instructions on how to adjust. i would like it to have more features.
