Great Amp Worth The money

got this amp pushing two jbl gto1220d's wired at two ohms. once i took it out and hooked it up i was amazed at the power it put out. at first i wasn't too happy but then read the manual i had the lp switch on the wrong setting after i got that straight my subs drop/hit so hard. bottom line buy it I'm thinking about getting another.

A GREAT amp for the price

I really think it would be hard to find a better amp at this price, if not impossible. I have this amp pushing 2 Kicker 12s and it gives great power along with a clean sound. I also have the 400 watt for my highs. This amp is definitely the best deal around.

Good Budget Sub Amp

I have this hooked up to an audiobahn aw1006t sub and it really drives the sub good. it gets good lows and impressive mids but i would recommend this amp for smaller subs b/c mine overheats periodically in 80+ temp. due to the power its pushing. good looking amp too

not bad

i bought this amp off sonicelectronix and thats the only place id buy it cause its 189. most other places its double that and for that price you can get better. this is great if you lookin to bumb but watch out cause its not the greatest built and bad things might come of it. overall this is not a bad amp for the price but other wise dont but it

Nice Amp for the Money

I was looking for a high powered amp for a low price and came across this. I have it hooked up to 3 10"subs and its only overheated once on a REALLY hot day after 45 minutes of running. I Highly recommend this product if your a little tight on money but want a real nice product.

Disappointed

I bought this amp to power my Eclipse 12" Aluminum. For a period of 1 month this amp worked great then it went out. Although it is less than $200 I suggest spending a little more money and getting a better amp.

Great Amp

It is clean and very powerful. I've used it to power an audiobahn tube sub, then the sub and a little sub box with 3, 6.5" subs and the 12" tube. then an aw1208t, and later to power some voice speakers (Selenium 10's and tweeters) the amp has always BANGED powerfully and cleanly.

Audiobahn

After long hard use the amp overheats even in the winter, in the summer the amp overheats without being used hard and when in overheats you have to wait 1-2 mins for it to cool down, but after about 5 mins of music it overheats again. It's over rated on top of that, it barely pushes my memphis m-class subs. Although it looks good I will never buy another one

Bang for your buck.

I installed this in a 1998 Honda Civic. Excellent look with the chrome finish and blue lights behind the Audiobahn lettering. All the hookups for power, speaker, and signal are on one side. You may like that, may not, I do. Accepts up to 4 Ga power wire. Clarity on scale of 0-5, 3.5. Power, 4.25. Fan keeps the unit cool on hot days, never have any overheating troubles. I would highly reccomend this for a good, higher power, medium budget system.

Monsterous...

I've own this amplifier for about 6 months now. I first tested it out with a Rockfosgate 400 rms 10 inch sub that i use to have, but decide to change it because the amplifier was going to rip it apart. Later i got an Alphasonik PSW610J 10" 600 Rms sub, and wired it for a 2 Ohm load(Big mistake). This amplifier moved the sub, like the wind moves the leaves. The sub was hitting rock hard within every range (low, mids and high bassline). It apparantly worked so well that by the 2 month the amplifier had digested the inside of the subwoofer and consequently it stoped working.lol. I learned my lesson and so i bought an Audiobahn ABP-122n dual 12" 800 watt rms bandpass system. It is hitting extremely hard. i haven't tested it yet, but some one wrote in a review that this amp with that box puts out 139 db. which means i better get some ear plugs before i go deaf.

Pros: Very Reliable, Very Presice, Very Powerful, Blue Neon color lights are awesom, mosfet circuitry, well vetilated, will digest any single sub less then 700 watts rms.

Cons: has over heated once in a while, but only under very stressful conditions. but cools down rather quickly.

Overall: Exellent Amp for the price. Especially in this website. Because i bought mine for $210.

Audiobahn... a good choice...

My brother and I bought a bandpass enclosure with two Jensen SUBS [1200 max. 600 rms] and hooked it up to our old amp [Audiobahn A4002T] which runs 400 watts max. Well the amp took the beating from the speakers pretty good for quite some time, but it usually heats up or the protection light turns on, if its turned up too loud. So we decided we needed a new amp. We went to Walmart and he bought a Sony 1200 watt amp and hooked it up, it pounded the SUBS but it didn't sound good. To make the story short, we went to a dealer and purchased this Audiobahn 8000T, hooked it up and man I tell you. This is amp took those two subs like nothing. We had to turn the gain control almost all the way down b/c it might pop the subs. Now were thinking of finding new subs that can take the amps beating, cuz this amp ROCKS 4 da BUCKS... the only problem was the BASS CONTROL wasn't available, but I think they sell it here...

Small and Powerful!

I was able to install this small amp under my driver side seat, where it firt perfectly. I am running two 12 inch Rockford Fosgate HX2 subs with an RMS wattage of 500 EACH. Running at 2 ohms this amp picks them up really good for what little it costs. This amp works and looks really great!!

Awesome

I have 2 of these amps pushing 2 Audiobahn ALUM12Q's and the sound i get is incredible. The gain and boost on these amps are both all the way down, and my license plate chipped the paint on my '02 Celi from all the bass. (Dynamat fixed this though) Although I did buy these new on eBay for $109, this seems like a good deal on SonicElectronix. 4 Stars for durability because I haven't tested that yet.
