MY OPINION IS DIFFERENT
I DONT KNOW HOW THIS SUB DISTORTS BUT THE BOX I BUILT FOR IT RUNNING A FOSGATE POWER 800 A2 TO THIS PUPPY(BY THE WAY I HAVE JUST ONE IN MY SUBURBAN) SOUNDS AMAZINGLY GOOD FOR THOSE THAT DONT FEEL LIKE DROPPIN $300 BUXX ON THE JL W7 8" THEN THIS LITTLE SUB BUILT WITH THE RIGHT BOX TO SPECIFICATIONS PORTED SOUNDS AND HITS AWESOME I GET MANY COMPLIMENTS AND PEOPLE THINK I HAVE 2 10"S OR SUM HAVE EVEN SAID 12'S THIS SUB IS TRULLY AN AMZING LITTLE SUB AND LOOKS GOOD 2

small sub, good sound
these little subs are really good...i have only one complaint...u turn them up too lud w/ something w/ a fair amount of bass and they distort..but thas how 8" subs are...
