pretty good

Audiobahn has done it again.This is a great product for those people whole like medium loudness of bass.2 of these things running on there rated rms sound great.Very good lows and pretty good highs. i would suggest these speakers to anyone.

AWSOME SET OF MIDBASS

HI I HAD THESE OVER A YEAR NOW AND I HAVE THEM IN MY BACK SIDE PANELS AND I MOVED THEM TO MY FRONT DOORS AND BOUGHT AUDIOBAHN TWEETERS AND I MADE MY OWN COMPONETS VERY NICE SOUNDING AND CLEAN AND HANDLES ALL MY 1000W SYSTEM WITH NO PROBLEM THANK AUDIOBAHN

Good bass

I only had it for a short time, it was installed by someone else and they cracked a support during install. They had good bass for their size but not too good mids and highs. I was replaced with rockford fosgates and they were a lot cleaner

Perfect sound fort he size

I never knew speakers so small could have the range that these do for bass. Excellent speakers. Great look and quality. Highly recomend Audiobahn.

Audiobahn mid's great buy.

these drivers have great sound, performance, and very user friendly. just a solid pair of component speakers with great details in the sound especially on certain songs when the bass changes from hi to low or vice versa. this is a must-buy for any system-enthusiast.

not the best but good stuff

I installed these in the back deck of a Civic, more or less they were "free air" and sounded like crap. I took them out and decided to get creative. I made an enclosure out of the wood Audiobahn box they came in and did them sealed. They pound now! hooked them back up in the civic and dedicated them just for bass on the filters.. perfect thing to hold me over until i can buy some subs..

Distorts at medium or high volumes

I really wanted to like these speakers. They were a perfect fit for replacing the sub woofers in my MR2. The look and build quality seemed very nice. However...

While these speakers sound absolutely great for high bass, such as that from a bass guitar, anything lower causes significant distortion even at medium volume. Side by side with the original speakers in the car, these would begin to distort at about 1/2 the volume. I would only recommend them if you filter out the lower bass from the signal completely so you are left with only high bass.

Since I wanted them to sound at least as good as the stock speakers, I did not want to do this, and will be returning them for something else.
