Nice unit.

Really similar to a memphis crossover I had (exact same dial location, function and size). Works great, smooth dials and hooks up easy.

Good for Active Set-up

Bought this for Active set-up, tweet, mid and sub-woofer. This crossover is best suited for 3-way set-up, I did not need it for the sub crossover really (amp could to that) but it was one of the only ones to have a band-pass for the mid, very important detail. The instructions are not very good but I am no idiot.
Unit seams reasonable quality, the turn-knobs are large, easy to adjust but recessed so accidental adjustment should not happen. Like with most, the indicator dials are for reference only, need to use ear for X-point, and volt meter for gains. Wire connections seem secure enough. Most importantly, the unit has not added noise to the system. This is a solid buy unless you want to get into a DSP but at more money.

Incredible features for this price

I am using this for tri-amp front channel control only. I have two 4 ohm 1 inch silk dome tweeters wired for 8 ohm load for left and right high passed at 4000 Hz and higher; then my midranges are two 4 ohm 5.25 coaxials wired to 8 ohms low passed at 4000 and high passed at 300; then I use the sub for my kicker 6x9 for midbass from 400hz down to the variable highpass (off, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120) in headunit...so this in effect combines for two bandpasses and one highpass...independent gain is great as is the 8 volt output to your amps...clean, controlled separation of frequencies for my front stage...I ran alphasonok ex3b three way crossover in the 90s but had no bandpass and only maybe 2 volts output...I wish it were smaller but that is true of everything to hide in a car...
