The subs work OK with low watt amp. Coils get hot fast, got them to smoke on true watts, only good as a real low buget sub to use for 3 days but up side is they haven't fried yet lol.

Works better as a woofer in a very small Enclosure.
This is more of a perfect woofer then a sub woofer. It just does not have that much output low in the frequency range in a standard slotted port box that I purchased.
This woofer would really be best in a very small enclosure just bigger then the box that it came in. Power compression I have 2 of these and they perform very well in the mid bass like no other. I have a feeling that these would work really well in the doors as woofers if you can shoe horn them in. Maybe in a home speaker it would work much better. I would pass on these and go for the Hifonics 12" that is a great value and works and sounds so much better at around the same price.
These don't really have any info on Autoteks site, so I wonder why there is so little info on these.
