Worked properly and all steering buttons assigned perfectly
I used this product to wire from a 2002 Lexus SC430 to my new Sony head unit. It takes the CAN bus interface and converts it for use by the radio. I initially used the USB connector and Axxess' software to program it for the SC430 before installing it. It didn't work when I got it into the car. I then did a factory reset and let it self discover. Everything worked fine after that.
NOTE: if you have an SC430, this separates the CAN bus so you no longer have a connection to the upper factory NAV screen. The dashboard buttons and screen are no longer usable once you install this module.
