A little high priced

the instructions for this unit a too simplistic and seem to take a lot for granted.for a remote the price is quite high.the unit works once you figure it out .

Remote Steering wheel control

I would recommend this control to anyone wanting control of your stereo at your fingertips. It is a nice setup, fairly easy to physically install. On the con side, mapping out the custom controls can be a bit daunting. Stick with the pre-programing and its a sweet install. If you decide to map out the custom controls, seeing the light will become quite the challenge. Overall it is a very good buy and one of the few that dont require drilling into the steering wheel column.

I would recomend this product to any one. Works well with on my 1986 c10. Easy to install and connect. I didn't mess with pre settings I left them on default. Makes my old truck modern. My friends like the upgrade a lot.

Great Product

This is a fantastic addition to my older car. It works perfectly with my aftermarket Pioneer head unit.

This is a great piece of kit, it took only five days to arrive in uk. There were import charges of £30 but it was definitely worth it 5* sonic electronix! Just as a note this went into my honda crx del sol with a pioneer head unit easy two wire installation.

A perfect improvement for cars without audio steering wheel controls. Easy to install on after market car audios using pre-programed settings.

Great Product, Complex to re-program

This product is great and very peace of mind, you will have the most steering wheel commands without wired about wiring and temper near the Airbag. The downside is very hard to configure using the unit itself -it was not successful for me anyway- even if you use the manual word by word.

The USB port is not connected or something missing from there, therefore you need to buy USB-CAB to program the device using the computer

My review

It's okay. I like it. I have a stereo with a volume nob / mute button and it was difficult to turn it up while driving. This made it easier. It's secure but slides back a bit when you press it. Most of the time the signal works as you press it. I've owned it for a couple of months, so far so good.
