Just got it. Took a chance and scored

I had bought a belva amp before and had great service so I tried my luck on this for my older f250. I'm happy with the new stereo versus my old one. I got DVD, Bluetooth and that's pretty much all I really wanted. The free kit and harness were a nice touch, but I really just needed the kit as I broke mine takin the old stereo out.

I have a Fosgate sub, belva amplifier and some 4 gauge wire to wrap the system up. I still haven't decided on my speakers.

Great Value Stereo

Stereo was almost everything I expected. Sound is good, operation is simple and screen color is great. When i mirror my iPhone the picture on the screen is smaller than what it is on my phone. The unit does not have Carplay, so I'm limited to using the phone. I love that i can insert my USB memory sticks with my preferred music, I can play my CD's and DVD's so that is all great.
I would recomend this radio to everyone and especially those who have Android phones. Installation was simple with the free dash kit and supplied wiring install kit. The hardest part was finding a hot wire that was not hot when the ignition is turned off, there are not many wires to choose from in the Jeep wiring harness, so I opted to use the hot wire to the power outlet which is only hot when the key is turned on. So far I an very happy with the system, it actually has more features than a lot of namebrand expensive stereo systems, like the front usb port and CD DVD player.

Looks great but far from perfect.

The price drew me in and it looks great installed. However I returned it because every couple days the bluetooth audio would come through terribly distorted requiring a reboot. I troubleshooted all variables and it was solely the unit and not a device or app issue. It happened often enough in the first couple weeks that I was not confident in the longevity plus it was down right annoying.

Sonic double din head unit

I like this unit but I have just a little problem with the low volume touch button. I installed it in rav4 but there is still a gap in right and left side . If anyone has an idea about what stereo kit is best for this unit must share it. Thanks. Over all functions and performance are best .

Great look and a good value

For a brand I've never heard of and a decent sized touchscreen for less than $100 it's great. It doesn't have all the features of a $1500 head unit but for the money it has more than you'd expect.
Great picture and refresh rate. One thing I'm not a huge fan of but doesn't make me hate it is, on the music title screen for Bluetooth it adds a few letters on the end of the song and artist.

Decent for the price

I just set it up so I can't speak for longevity, but so far the screen looks good and fits my car like the stock radio. My issue is that after reconnecting the battery, the unit wouldn't turn on with the backup camera plugged into it. After disconnecting the backup camera, I was able to turn the unit on and plug the camera back in and get it working fine.

This has to be the best buy

I was on the cheap and needed to replace the stock head unit in my tahoe. I had an issue with it when i got it, but Sonic Electronix promptly replaced it (thank you). I honestly dont think you can beat the quality at its price with any other double din dvd player out there. If I could change anything it would be the remote and make the buttons fewer and a little larger....
