Has been great for us!
We have been heating a small room with this heater for about 2x years, and it has worked just fine! We like it and recommend it!

Works Great But Doesn't Last
It's not too loud. Heats up our sun room easily, and the features are great! However, it just doesn't last through the year warranty. We bought three at Costco. Two stopped working within 2 months and the third one just quit after 11 months (8 months of not using it at all). It's a shame they don't last.

They Don't Last
I had 3. Two of them lasted just 2 seasons and the last one stopped working Jan 2013, 2 years to the date of purchase. Loved the design, they heated small areas ok, and they were quiet. The negatives are that the units did not last long and units had only one fan speed. I cannot recommend these units to anyone.
